Gosh Angèle's English has progresed so quickly! I mean I remember her doing an English interview with Dua Lipa after they did "Fever" together and she was shy and doubted she could speak it well enough and I'm just blown away now!

so much intelligence in one room. I have complete admiration for these strong and honest women. although somehow had the feeling Rosalía had much more to say. her view of life and growth is inspiring. would love to be like her: always learning from every experience.
Now that I'm 5 minutes into the video I have to go back to the beginning because I got lost in the silkness of their speaking voices. I feel like I just did an hour of meditation.

I love both of them so much! It’s great seeing a conversation between these people as I get to see both of their views on their works. This goes to show how music can go beyond language. The beats, synths, bass and tempo of the song is what connects us together and evoke emotion. If you can feel what you feel through the instrumentals then that is all that matters - how we feel free. I admire Rosalía and Angèle so much as artists due to them being strong and grounded in what they are doing. I wish I would’ve seen this interview sooner, it’s like both of my worlds colliding 🥹🫶

This video is giving me absolute LIFE. These are my two sides coming together for a video. My father’s family is French and my mother comes from Spain, my household was a mix of Spanish and French language, cuisine, culture and music. Happy to see two of my very favorite artists meeting for the first time! (I know Angèle is Belgian, but her growing up in French-speaking Belgium and spending lots of time in France is close enough for me, considering I grew up in the United States)

@@minaceroni4586 Rosalia is actually very articulate in English, she has a great way of conveying what she wants to say even if she doesn't know all the words. Maybe because of her accent it seems like she doesn't speak it fluently, but she does
@@medyamnv2236 You cannot say Rosalia's english is at Angele's level, it's just not. Rosalía speaks good english but I wouldn't necessarily call her "articulate" just as I wouldn't call myself that in french (which I speak at a rosalia's level of english)
