In “Indiana Jones,” the hero's improbable achievement was to survive a nuclear blast by hiding in a refrigerator. • I read the original script for Spalko’s death scene, and it’s honestly a lot more graphic than what we got. Instead of disintegrating, this black substance would be dripping down from her eyes while the interdimensional beings were overwhelming her mind with knowledge. Flames would still shoot out of her eyes while she screamed, “I can still see!”, and then she would just… drop dead like a lifeless marionette, her eye sockets completely burned out. … Of course, I still don’t like the idea of having flames shooting out of your eyes, but that imagery is a lot worse. 😂

He drew inspiration from the real-life phenomenon he was able to learn about from classified documents disclosed to him. His depiction of ETs, especially in Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind, is considered by many the most realistic out of all media. Apparently he's working on the next feature film rumored to be about UFOs and I can't wait to see it.

God existing as described in the Bible wouldn’t preclude the existence of aliens, but it would certainly preclude those aliens being responsible for humans being where we are. Even if you don’t believe in God or aliens, you’ve got to acknowledge the contradiction there. And yeah, Temple of Doom strayed from the original religious theme, but at least stuck to Earthbound supernatural events, and not the paranormal (aliens), which is an entirely different concept.

This is a franchise where God, Jesus and the biblical myths/legends are REAL so are Aliens really that far fetched? Even within a fictional peace of work/art I have a far easy time believing Aliens exist then God himself. After all Aliens are just a form of life that originate from a different region of space. We ourselves are technically Aliens are we not? And to be honest I'm gald we never really got an answer as to who they/it was or the orgins as to the arrival of the ship or the building of the temple around it. It's more fun remaining a mystery i think
