mini buffer polisher($10 at Harbor Freights)
polishing compound (optional)

does it work on glass eyes?
I honestly don't know but I think it will scratch them or melt it because of friction
Not sure why the last person said it may melt them, but yes this process will work on glass eyes as well. You may need to use a different final polishing method to get the best results, but sandpaper + buffing wheel works on a lot of different surfaces.
