The JUCRANK non-cylindrical grinding machine accomplishes all grinding tasks on crankshafts. Maximum accuracy and quick cycle times are achieved through oscillation grinding in a single clamping set-up and through the productive machine concept. I ran both landis & Newall plunge grinders for over 35 years, then in 2009 my company invested in a complete new automated CNC crankshaft facility, Which I was part of for the remaining 7 years before I took early retirement. Junkers were the only grinding machines used. Absolutely amazing machines that could grind to within microns as opposed to half a thousand of an inch from the previous plunge grinding machines.
