Wow Rory! Here I am struggling to lift a 3 gallon tote of garden water. Age 46. Wow. Dedication and goals. I am so proud of you. I was pretty strong in high school and at age 16 & 100 lbs I could leg press 360# on an incline and I remember my weightlifting coach being shocked bc the class was full of football and baseball males and a few softball females. I was not in any sports.
5:35 I have always been very flexible too. Personally I’ve had some really awkward moments while flexing, and stretching. There were some times when I was putting my feet behind my head, and well let’s just say there were some unusual noises. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
