I never watched talent shows before this I was ignorant and said to my colleague that I'd check it out whence I arrived back home. ...and folks for years there after I was hooked. But like many things I lost my addiction to this genre but still return once in a while. We all love SueBee, she was instantly and is forever bonded to us wanna'be performers.

But that moment where he just takes a deep breath and gives a refreshing “Aaaahhhh” look isn’t just dollar signs, it was a look of genuine surprise that he got much more than he was told to expect. You will notice that only some singers are allowed to use reverb or any kind of effects, and if you watch the raw auditions, they give the lousy ones no effects because they don’t know how to sound good and therefore get the default settings, but the good ones must be the ones who can say “I want an SM-57 mic, EQ here like this, sprinkle in some reverb #3 and set the mixer on these settings…..” and genuinely convey to the sound guy what they want to make themselves sound good.

  • These talents were just beyond amazing, and I loved them (still unsure about the old couple dancing to Dirty Talk) but I especially loved Patricio’s piano-dance skills! Also, RiRia’s (female flute player) hair was AMAZING, so jealous!
