Day in life of a cat. Ever wondered were cats are thru the day? What they do?
This is a day in life of a cat video episode about a cat´s life, thru their eyes. They walk around with a small camera to capture their moves and what they do. It is a small light weight camera so the cat is not bothered by it. They mostly eat and chill around living a awesome cat life 😎 There are three cats who switches the camera. What does the cats do outside? Animals with camera is fun and these cats are funny.

    • Cat with the gopro got some fur in his mouth, so he won. Also, the other cat warned him in the beginning, but he kept approaching. I think it was two males fighting over territory and gopro male knew he would win and didn't want to bother with the young punk.

    • most animals do this actually, they're not as dumb as you'd think. at least those who live in urban areas. i've seen cats and dogs even wait for green light to cross the road or stand near the zebra crossing and wait for cars to stop.

    • Here is an interesting experiment to try. The next time you are in a store's toy department, get down on your knees and look around at the toys. The little bit of nostalgia of seeing things from "kid height" is an experience you won't regret.

    • I believe that is where all the thoughts and feelings surrounding liminal spaces stems from. It's vague recollections of the mundanities of the world from when you were too young to understand what an empty office building or a large fountain was. And with no context your imagination just runs away from you. It's that feeling people are remembering when they talk about the familiarity of liminal spaces.

  • This is a good representation of life. GoPro cat was rejected after showing his feelings and was even attack from his back by the other cat, but GoPro cat decided to keep on going with his life and ended happy and successful.

  • Once the video got past the cat fight, it got interesting. You could see how the cat thinks. He chooses a path, rushes a few yards into a new area, reassesses the terrain, and chooses a new path. I wish the camera had been secured better so the image wasn't so jumpy. Otherwise, very interesting!

  • It would be nice if you added a map that included a line showing the beginning to the end of his daily journey. That would be neat. Saw one where the human showed the different routes several cats took in a day. It was so interesting to see how their daily routes differed.

    • Is it an intact male? If not, most likely you won’t see much action. Intact females will do stuff, but they don’t have the advantages that the male cats have in battle.

  • I've grown up with a cat all my life since I was born and I've learned how to speak cat- a bit weird sounding- yes- but what I mean is I've learned to recognize the tone of a cat's meow, shortness, and longevity in order to tell what he needs/wants.

    • What do you make of the lip licking behavior of GoPro cat during the fight? Have you seen that before? I've observed my cats will sometimes do a fake shoulder lick which seems to communicate they don't think much of the other cat's bravado--a la, "I'm so scared of you that I'm going to wash myself."

But there are people who move out here thinking it's always quiet and smells pretty... And then they complain about the farms and the sounds and smells of farm life I want the town council to pass ordinances.

    • I've seen my cats catch plenty of mice and birds but have never seen one eat an animal. I'm amazed by how it just gobbled the entire thing in one go 😲

    • Indoor housecats are usually overfed and couch potatoes. They are not hungry, so they dont eat their kills. Indoor/outdoor cats are far more active and burn more calories, so they will either eat it or bring it home as a trophy. Outdoor cats eat everything they kill because they are very active and always hungry. There's not much meat on a mouse.

    • Male cats eats mouses, Female cats bring it to its owners, then play with it. I suppose they eat the mouse too when they are not enough fed. Sometimes cats just leaves mouse's stomach, or bird's head. but it's still fascinating to see them eat it entirely. 😅 I have a male cat that I've never seen him hunting, but when my female cat bring a mouse at home, the mouse doesn't have time to touch the ground that my male cat has already eaten it like a spaghetti! My male cat is always hungry 😼

    • @@OliverJazzz That would only make sense if cats would hunt at daytime where UV light of the sun could reflect off surfaces. They don't. They Can see further into the UV spectrum than humans, but that doesn't help with hunting. Seeing more into the other end, into Infrared would, but seeing that cats are warm blooded, that's not feasible, as their receptors would need to be cooler than the rest of their bodies.

  • It doesn't matter what continent or language or religion, cats are cats everywhere. That Tux was beautiful! and the little vole, well my cats eat them in my house and always leave behind the gallbladder. Yeah I pick that up with a tissue. Cats are always true to themselves. Lovely video.

    • For some reason my cat eats the head and leaves the back legs and tail. Ack! She has dragged adult cotton tail rabbits into the house, almost as big as she is, and just eats the head. It's brutal but I love her. Nature is red in tooth and claw, I guess.
