  • Mahrez is such a fine player. One of the best in his position. Towards the end of last season Pep needed consistency and stability, lest he's accused of over tinkering or over experimenting that's why he played Bernardo back to back. Had nothing to do with Mahrez's abilities

Pep experimented in games with easy opposition, but Pep can't afford to do that in every game. Pep can only play with 11 players just like any other manager.
