I'm 100% sure that silhouette at 6:15 is the Type 90 or the Leo 2a4, and NOT the T-90M
I was bamboozled lmao I thought it was Leo 2a4 but instead it's a T-90A
Can't be Leo 2a4, they don't have this cage-thing on the back of the turret anymore. And if they do, they aren't visible in a shadow silhouette. So at best it's some version of the leo 1
I saw an Olifant innit
That is definitely a Type 90, not a leopard
@@khoipham8303 it has an mg machine gun on the roof
Playing War Thunder a lot has helped me immensely with this challenge, but I am disappointed I did not do as well as I thought I would, especially when I did end up being familiar with many of the tanks! Part 2 please!!
i feel like some are just badly modeled, or not modeled the same as in warthunder at least
@@zawadlttvThat Tiger was abominable 🤣
i play war thunder too
@@zawadlttvthe t34 85 had a way bigger cannon than it should've had. I imedatley guessed it was one of the T tank series probably t44 or t44-100 because i cant remember any of the T tank series having such huge cannon. Only to see it was badly modeled
Agreed even though playing 3 years of it on USA only
6:07 that look nothing like T90M
Exactly, the tank shown is a T-90A
@@rrosski rly? thats japanese type90
@@vojtakkojecky7765Oh I meant the T-90A 3D model, not the silhouette haha mb Edit: 6:15
@vojtakkojecky7765 no Japanese mbt don't mount German mg on their commander hatch. That's a solid Leopard 2A4.
@@nanyafahkinbiznes1352Its Japanese Type 90 if you look at the whole tank. The MG shouldn't be there and its misplaced I assume. Leopard 2 doesn't have rear bustle rack with square holes and the front hull have bumps which usually for horn and the Leopard doesn't have that 👍
22/30. Also it is just me or the tiger 1 looks like an pazer IV and the nashorn looks like a hummel.
Bro same, i thought it was a pazer IV H
Yeah, I thought it was a Pz.IV with extra armor on the sides and turret.
Same
the upper front plate on the Tiger 1 is NOT that slanted its at pretty much a 90 degree (or close to) its NOT that angled.
Yes
CM-11, Ariete, and the Type 10 stumped me! Knew the Bob Semple would be in there 😂
I was disappointed to not see the M-60. I only got like 6/30 either way, but still. Although the Panther symbol threw me off with the Leopard 1.
Yeah!, western modern tanks are hard to tell apart without the details!
@@benrockefeller6334 The CM-11 is basically just a modified M60.
I love that the KV2 hint was a GuP reference lmao
As well as the hint for the stug
6:15 its leopard 2a4 with MG 3 or type 90
That's what I was thinking, that looks totally like a german MG.
Yeah that turret being a box gives it away, also you can see the gaps in-between the roadwheels, which show it has a different suspension to the T-90.
Even the main gun is clearly L/44
maybe iam JSDF nerd but that 100% type-90
Or type 90
1:03 I really thought that it was a T-72B3 with its roof mounted MG facing backwards
That got me too, but I think the height of the turret is the way to tell
I thought it was the t90
Me too
It is a T-72B turret on the hull of a T-80BV. You can tell because the T-72B doesn’t angle the frontal turret ERA like those found on T-80BV. There is also another oddity, as the turret also has the standard snorkel mount that the T-80 uses.
@@totalnerd5674 I was going to change from T-72 to T-80 just as I remembered that fact!
Fun fact the m3 lee is actually named after general Lee of the confederate army. And it's British counterpart is named after general grant of the union army. Also another fun fact. General Lee never owned slaves but grant did.
I'm kinda hovering between 25 and 29 out of 30. It was easy but the tank silhouettes looked slightly squished and well the t-72 had flat front armor instead of the angled ERA. But once again, a really mind bending quiz. Thanks👍😀
And T-90 looked not like T-90 because turret looked like on Western tanks
23/30. Very glad there weren't more Russian tanks in the T-54 to T-80 range...those are not easy to tell apart.
A couple ones confused me such as the tiger, legit looked like a PZ.IV H. Also the Abrams looked strange from the side, as well as the T-80.
I had the same problem with the tiger. But the backside of the shadow showed me reality
I didnt have problems with the Tiger though it looked bit weird
the T34/85 barrel is too large how would you guess it? I thought it was a T34/100
29/30 😢 the silhouette of the T-90 caught me off guard anyone else got confused at 6:15? Should've been 28/30 on the Arjun then i realized most Leopard 2s don't have any minesweeper as a matter of fact the Indian Arjun tank has minesweepers so that got me thinking for a sec.. That was a good run hopefully there's more! 😊
Ye looks like a leopard
yeah it's not a t-90, rather a type 90.
Great idea with the Silhouette guess challenge!
Only thing is the silhouette at 5:43 is not an Elephant but actually a Ferdinand (no bow mounted mg).
lol how ez the KV 2 was. The box on a hull and frigde shape never change.
23/30, honestly proud of that score. The T-90 and the Japanese Type__ tree me off the most
19 of 30. Its a shame because I screenshoted ALL the tanks you brought in your Videos. I have a whole album in my galery with atleast 500 Images (Thank you at this point). Very good Idea for a Video!
Like for GuP reference
showing the hints from the start spoils the fun
😁
The hints were awesome.
Depending on how you want to count it, I got either 21 through half points on not naming the exact varrient or 24 points through just naming the first designation. I.E. "M1 Abrams when M1A2 Abrams" = 0.5 vs "M1 Abrams when M1A2 Abrams" = 1
Some of the details are a little off on the silhouettes and a few models, but this was really fun! 3:00 that T-34/85's gun makes it look like it has the 100mm because it's not tapered at all towards the front. Maybe the Polish version?
That aint lookin' like Tiger H1 !
Tiger E.
He is saying Tiger 1 to mark the difference with the Tiger II later in the video, that's clearly the Tiger E variant
24/30, knew all the WW2 tanks shown and a few modern and Cold war MBT's except for the Challenger II (Thought a Centurion), T90 II, Arjun MK II CM-11(Only knew thats its a M60) and Little Willie. Overall, good video.
That 2a7 needs some larger cannon, the m1a2 have the 105 mm for some reason, the elefant is actualy a ferdinand, nashorn cannon is realy small
The only ones I missed was the T90 and the Ariete, also loved the GUP references
Honestly, i found it difficult for anyone to get all correct. But i know there is, and it’s possible that some of us achieved it.
And i got 26/30
22/30 got right. The 1st part 10/10, 2nd part 15/20, and 3rd part 22/30. Your animations just keep getting better and better each time when you release a new video keep doing the good work. :) p.s. 5 years watching still watching
Nice job!
28/30 also the silluet of the t90m is a type 90
finnaly someone who can recognice type90 lol
Better then with aircrafts for sure 22/30
22/30 Not bad. War Thunder helps cause sometimes its all you get to see before blasting the enemy or vice versa.
Please more Parts. It does make fun
The T-90 uses a Leopard black outline model and the Nashorn is straight up a Hummel and not a Nashorn But otherwise 26/30. Missed the Arjun, the CM-11 (Didn't know it existed), the Black Panther (didn't know the name) and the ZTZ (can't tell some of them apart)
I did not know many of the modern tanks, but did well with the WWII range.
7/10 . You're ao great
I knew I would not do well. I only got 11.
Damm...just 5/30. Must return at tank school🤔
The Tiger 1s front plate is not angled like that, i mean, you can tell its a Tiger from miles away anyway
Yeah!! Its like, almost 90°
out of all 30 i had 15 right got to do some learning
bro "102" and "rudy" on that t-34-85 made me smile so much
bob semple tank is the PEAK of tank design, we will never even get close to it glory! no tank can ever be better than that terrifying beast!
The type 10 and admin got me, also, could you specify what ztz99 your talking about? The ZTZ-99-III and ZTZ-99A are 2 tanks that share the same designation, but different designs completely
"The pinnacle of tank design and terrified the Japanese so mush that they refused to go anywhere near New Zealand"😂😂
First round 5/10, second 15/20😊
At least 4 of them are awfully shown, and most others have bigger or smaller flaws. I guessed 25/26 or 26/28 (dependant of how you count). 2 are hard to guess because of bad models, (nashorn and Tiger, though T34-85 can also be tricky), and I think that 2 are unguessable from the shillouette, because of completely different look than the original (t80 and t90m). Actually, in t90m, the shillouette, the model and the plate are 3 different tanks.
0:40 At square 2, the tower looks a little different but you combined 2 into one😁I'm sorry if I missed something
6:06 it is look like leopard 2a4 26/30 not bad :)
Love the Girls und Panzer references
20/30, it was a little bit harder for me, especially bec of modern ones ( f.e chinese ones, russians...) so it was a greater challenge. More please!
Wth this hood irony tank 😂🔥
got 24/30 nearly got all WW2 tanks except the nashorn which looks like the wespe imo and wasnt able to recognize some cold war-modern tanks. Nice vid
24/30...needed those hints for 8
Surprised the T28 super heavy wasn’t here, not many (including Americans) know about the heaviest tank built during WWII, and no the Maus was technically never fully built, Germany built the chassis for the MKI and the turret for the MKII, it was Russia that put it together and stuck it in a museum
AmazingViz, make a video about conspiracy and secret flying machines like TR-3B Astra, Third Reich UFOs and the like, would be interesting
Quite fun and amusing video! Thx. 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it! 😁😁
second :) ur my fav youtuber Edit: yay i got them all right
Wow, thanks 😁😁
9/10 on first (i mistook the t34-85 for an is2 or 1) 7/10 on second (missed the last 3) (8/10 on third)
9/10 when there are only 7 tanks in that section?
27/30 (I kept screaming in hapiness alone in my room lmao)
Pz 38t is Lt. Vz 38 from 🇨🇿
Интересный формат видео. А с другой техникой, кроме танков, будут такие видео?
27/30 - CM11 got me because I thought M48 Patton, Arjun got me because I'd never heard of it, and that T-90 was definitely NOT a T-90 silhouette.
Exactly!!!!
Got 24/30. Stumped mainly by the T90 mixup.
guessed 14/30, damn I can only identify WW2 tanks XD. need more research on modern tanks a bit more
Got the ww2 ones but not much of the recent ones except the M1 and Merkava
22/30, much better than guess the jet fighter video. Did well with world war 2 era. Have to spend more time on modern tank research. Note: can the Nashorn and Stug lll be counted as tanks??
I mean, I guess, though it’s a debate I don’t want to get into
Got 17, the Stug got me because the shilouette looks like it has a turret.
22/30.. ain't half bad (don't know a lot of the modern ones)
6:06 Thats a Japanese Type 90 with a magic MG3 on top... Leo2A4 doesn't have squared holes rear Bustle rack, a sight above the turret (Leo2A4 sight is clipped into the turret). A unique and bumped to the top commander hatch (Leo hatches are flat if it was a shadow), A little bump in the front of the hull glacis which is a horn (Leo 2A4 doesn't have). If its a Leo 2A4 or any other, there should be a bump on the rear side where the Engine is located for the fans, Japanese type 90 has a flat one and that boxy bump is a rear camera if youre wondering. If you see on top of the un mantlet, there is two point for lifting the gun, The leo only had one in the center. The gunner sight has a door as seen in the shadow but it moves upwards, Leo Move Sideways. The wheels kinda weird here but the Japanese have straight side skirt while Leo2A4 has Wavey... In conclusion Its a Type 90 Japanese tank with a somehow MG3 on top either because they don't have M2HB model or just... i don't know what are they thinking- but it sure make alot of people missunderstood so thats what I have researched and ENJOY!
хозяин, у тебя хорошая постирония и фантазия на силуэты! Можно и с другой техникой поиграться!
Based GuP reference with tye KV-2
Fun. Some hints like Challenger or Victory Rocky Theme Song are too easy. Some are kinda hard like Russian T-72/80/90.
5:55 it's actually a Ferdinand because the radio operator haven't got a built in machinegun
24/30 great and funny video ❤
Some of these hints are throwing me off
At 5.55 is not Elefant, that is Ferdinandt. Elefant had a forward machine gun and a deployed gun mantlet
And a cupola too
5:01 cant be a 2a7 it clearly has a L/44 so i guess its be a 2a5
Yeah, I thought it might even be a 2A4 but definitely not an A7.
Leo 2a4 doesn’t have composite screens on the turret as I remember
11 the hints were even harder
21/30 some of these are very hard to distinguish, especially modern tanks.
Why was there a “PUMA” logo for the Leopard 1 and 2?
3:03 Thanks for Polish Army on the east T-34/85 Nr.102 "RUDY" - by the way Rudy is fictional.
28/30 , а на т-90 силует не той модели был, и индуса не узнал, а так, классно
15/30 good lord i barely know about tank🙏
I got all of them, guess Bovinington, books and WOT helped
25/30, The MBTS such as the Arjun which i didn’t know existed but anyways, i thought the t80 was a t72 and the t90 was a hecking LEOPARD 2A4. I thought the t90 turret was more rounded while looking at its sides, but the ariete fooled me too, almost mistaken the chally 2 for a leclerc
nice !
✌😁
9 out of 10....3.6 not good but not tragical
dude i got the chi-nu and panzer 38t mixed up😢
25/30 for several I knew which tank it was but not the name
i had 15 of 30 right, can u make another one of this kinda video?
I got all of them apart from the Arjun even though the silhouette looks nothing like it I've only heard and seen minimal about it so I wouldn't have gotten it anyway
KV-2 shadow isn't quite right, it should have a little rectengular hole at the back side of turret
5:00 Leopard 2A7 have Rh120 L55 Cannon But modeling is just Rh120 L44 Cannon
8/10 on first 7/10 on second 4/10 on the third So 19/30 in total
28/30 - Lost at the Arjun and Brave Tiger
Ah, yes… the greatest tank of all time, the bob semple tank.
21/30 which is mostly due to my lack of knowledge in modern war or cold war tanks. That being said; I'm shocked that i couldnt recognise the early model of a stug, out of all things.
2:37 better hint is put M1A rifle than M16 or M4
5:50 that is a Ferdinand because it didn't have a machine gun wich was added later and after that the name was changed to the Elefant
