I personally haven’t played Cold War yet so I can’t tell play wise but as someone who has been into zombies since early bo2 dlc days, the hype at the start of bo3 seemed so much more strong than the hype right now
I'd be so stoked if they allowed the old map DLC packs to be purchased...So many maps we miss!
As a new zombies player due to it being a lot more accessible and comprehensive, I've now dove into a lot of the past zombies lore too. Zombies is way cooler than I thought. granted, I've tried zombies in the past but it has never made me want to play more. With the new zombies I have put quite the amount of hours in. A new zombies fan for sure.

I’m pretty sure you don’t need the canister. You just have to kill a dog there and then place the canister when you get it and it’ll fill later when you place

You don't need the canister to fill the gas, probably a bug but right now it's pretty useful

Whenever you do speed runs on games you realize there are multiple different categories that way it wouldn't be fair for someone who plays on their own compared to someone who has a team of four there are different categories for the speed run based on one player two player three player and four player

Noah Check out the four player speed run. You can use the coffin teleport to use the aetherscope if you pick it up as your teleporting instead of having to get to the speed cola anomaly

And also you can build the aether scope, activate coffin dance, and right as you are about to teleport you pick up the scope and you can do the 3 book steps at the same time as the dance is going on and you have a good chance of getting raygun or die machine. If you get the die machine then it goes a whole lot faster. Ive been trying a route to get the wonder weapon in the first 4 box hits but i havent gotten the rng yet.

I have something for ur strategy shoot 4 orbs that go to coffee when u shoot the last one pick up the ather scope while ur entering go do the 3 dairies and grab ur jug and stuff u have the ability to get the D.I.E. in it and go start ur ur other wonder weapon upgrades

@NoahJAFK I think he may have opened the doors when charging the D.I.E because it increases the number of zombie spawns near you the map can span zombies at. If those doors werwnt open the map wouldn't spawn zombies in pond which it might if they are because they are very close. This is just a hunch from my own experience and when I saw what he did it seemingly validated that however I could still be wrong.

Depending on where the aether portal spawns for the scope parts, it determines the order of which part spawns first. Each portal has a different order but are always the same for each portal.

Not sure if you read your comments but a few pretty sure the fastest way to speed run is after power turned on get aether scope and grab it while doing coffin ee get the ww from that and do second step of ee all at the same time also for boss fight u can aether out of it and it makes the boss fight like 45 seconds hope it helps
When you fuse arlov back together you can leave that room early with the aether shroud jump

The megaton overlord when in the dark aether can also shoot the mushrooms on the tree for the die upgrade. So you can save time by having him do that when collecting the first 3 spectral scenes instead of waiting for a regular boss zombie to spawn
Theres a trick to leave the boss fight when it starts and go to pond and no zombies spawn in the particle room. Therefore the boss fight takes only about 1 minute because Orlov doesn't get hit once.
Well I just beat it solo 7 minutes ago. It was fun, and I liked how it wasn't too hard but it still made my heart pump. Sad about no cutscene, but the gameplay made up for that. I think Die Maschine is the best launch map to date except Shadows. Personally it is a very solid 8.5/10 experience overall.
For the exfil part, if you have upgraded aether shroud, can you use it to warp through the lightning blocking the tunnel that goes directly to chopper?
I saw something where for the boss fight you aether shroud teleport out of the boss fight and it goes really fast. at the purple wall you have to wait at after the fight.

For the final route instead of taking a right to go out to the plane crash can you use the Aether shroud to jump past the electricity in the door on the left
Tip for the end to speed things up!! Use the aether ability to teleport through the barriers for exfil

For anyone trying to do the fast knife animation. It is important to take your FOV in account. I’m maxed at 120, so I get use fast knife animation standing about 2-3 feet away. Also if your training, just keep backing up and you can knife the zombies with the fast animation, since your not walking towards them :)
I think the RNG of getting wonder weapon from coffin EE is much faster/ if u pick up the aether shroud after going to dark aether because of coffin EE you can knock that step out faster.

I love the upgrade system i think the zombie devs out did themselfs this year just sucked that there wasnt an actual cutscene
You can grab the plane crash aether scope part on the ground by jumping saving time
It is possible to skip the fuse under the plane portal. I did it once by accident, came down through the portal into deadshot, thought I had it and activated the laser, I took the thermo D.I.E and then noticed the fuse was still in the box at a later stage. I don't know if it was a random chance bug or If you can do it in general. I'm gonna do some more testing with it when I get back on the game
Bro I’ve been trying for a Speed run on this map ( I was just waiting for someone to get a speed run so I had a time to beat) but this strategy is like exactly the same as mine so far
You can aether teleport through the barriers at the beginning of the boss fight and run to exfil and just wait on the boss fight to end faster
In the lockdown section where you combine to make Orlov you can run out of the room before the gate closes. So you can run and wait for the cutscene to finish and already be at the next Anomaly. At least I know you can do it with 2 players not sure about solo

I watched milos reaction and you could do rng with the coffin ee by trying to get the wonder weapon from it and you can do the book in that dark aether
Also I would disagree and say that pre shooting the dog for the canister is faster because you get dogs picking up aetherscope parts and that's early on
Also I saw Steve and you can just book it with the golden ball escort thing and not get hit without having to use the shroud

NOAHJ THERES A WAY TO SKIP BOSSFIGHT , so what you wanna do is use eather shroud with the JUMP FOWARD THING and where the doors are blocked off the eather shroud will allow you to go through it and all the zombies cant get it and come to you , and you can you up to the escort sight and just sit there and kill zombies so its a way to cut off SOOOOO much time
Idk if this has been confirmed, but in all of my games, I have to do the crystal at the top of nacht last. Every time I try to do it first or second and shoot the box, a lightbulb doesn't light up
For people that do not know, on the coffin easter egg the box has a smiley face on the front of it. When it turns gold then you open it to get a gold weapon like the Ray gun or Die.

This EE is the closest I've EVER been to completing it, all I had to do was run to the helicopter and avoid the lightning, I got over ran running there...1 day. I have gotten better at Zombies, it took till BO4 for me to actually get decent at it. But exited to actually complete one

Also on the chamber step you can shoot gas d.i.e from the ledge - not on the chamber but just at the tip of the part that needs to be shot. It’ll go through it and land on the ground behind it but it’ll count

I had opened up the wonder weapon gun area but it wasn’t even though I saw it was there the round before
noah did you know that at the end of the easter egg where the guy is stuck in the cage you can glitch out of the door and it probably saves time, but u probably can only do it on co-op
