In this video I have explained how a Nitro Piston Airgun works with the help of 2D animation illustrations. I have also shown labeled diagram of NX100 parts. NX100 airgun is made by an Indian brand Precihole Sports.

So basically the gas ram itself is the piston on this model? Interesting and logical all at once 🤔
Gas ram piston works as Spring just like springer airguns. The second seal on Gas Ram body works as pump like mechanism. This pushes the air into barrel.

@@LowkeyAirgunner crosman and gamo airguns also have same kind of techniques in respect of Gas Ram piston airgun.
While springer airguns have a spring instead of Gas Ram.
@@AirGunMechbut from what I get in this diagram the piston (part making the conpression in the chamber) is attached to / is the body of the gas ram itself unlike a b19 platform (diagram can be found from Crosman easily)

I think that the refill valve system is not good. The ball should be a rubber ball just like PCP pump. If you replace this ball with the ball of PCP (3 stages) pump, it may work fine. The other 2 O rings around the Guide and 2 inside it. You have to remove stopper washer first to access this part. But it is difficult.
I understand that precihole Sport do repairing works but how far it is effective in terms of longevity , I doubt.
keep your piston well lubricated with silicon oil.use soft ball as stop valve .dont use any other oil than silicon oil
nothing special about it,,,, compressed gas instead of air.... means more epensive for a quitter gun..... I can see any other dif..ither then if your seal blows, you gotta replace your entire pump..spring? just strech and heat
