  • I'm a black guy from the UK . I watched John's video in the secret . I did exactly what he said . I made a vision board , printed out a mansion of a house that I saw on the internet and really loved . I wrote on it that by the year 2018 I will be living in such a mansion on the boarders of London or the outskirts with my wife and Son . I was living in a small 1 bed flat and had no penny in my bank account. To cut the story short 2018 came I was still in that flat but totally forgot about that vision board as I had thrown it in a pile of my papers . 2020 came and I had bought a mansion and I was packing with my wife and she found this vision board with a mansion and she asked if I wanted it or throw it away . I looked at the vision board and the picture of the house / mansion is similar to the mansion I had bought . I now have 3 kids and live in a mansion .

I don't have any doubts moving forward, he even turned down my gift token and asked me to give it to charity saying 'God has given me all that i need, be his vessel and help those who are less fortunate.

  • What he is saying is how I lost the weight and rebuilding my body and also how I got writing success. I use to wake up and rush to eat food, now I listen to sounds for the brain, sit in silence outside, or walk, or just have coffee (coffee is autophagy food) and I will have tea, and do a KZhead video and meditate. Now I don't get hungry until 11 am and I am not even very hungry. I also make balanced plates and I eat slow and listen to videos like this one while I eat my first meal. 😊 I listen to all his video and it has changed my life for the better and I am a high achiever now.

Rewatch and absorb the information again and again. Finally, take action. Apply the information every single day.

Recognize (get aware), 2. Respond (ask can i change the meaning, emotion or anything that is destructive about a situation), 3. Reframe (look at something in a different way so it doesnt have the same meaning for you.. the meaning we give anything determines how you feel about it) 4. Release by breathing and observing the negative emotion. 5. Retrain your brain so you dont feel like that again. 37:09

  • John Assaraf as usual is always an inspiring personality. and a very great message and video. but whats more surprising is the young man David Laroche style and approach to the way he conducted the interview. He is sure gonna go places

  • Watch from 47:33 his last question, he explains why folks say they failed at this work BUT THEN leads to a story that basically tells you all of his method and mindset! Trust me and save yourself time. If you are really in a hurry then 58:36 is the story.... The earlier part is ok but the meat of it is from that onward to end, and ti's VERY MOTIVATING. He tells how his mentor- told him.

  • This man is a brain energy doctor and really good. All cause of this video my PDF doc of my book is being published today. As a new stoic, this video reminded me that my brain is always trying to stop me from possibly putting myself in harm's way. I am not letting my brain control me anymore, I am CONTROLING it. The interviewer need to retain his brain to learn to listen and not rush to finish people's sentence and end up wrong. Lol

    • Yes he did but he doesn't talk about God in the religious sense (watch other videos he made, he's not religious at all). His meaning of God is in the sense of the ultimate creator. It can also be called the Holy Spirit, the Quantum Field, Qui or whichever you prefer.
