Never had that problem because I waited for the switch to get out of its growing pains before I got one
I got the updated version of the switch. But the drift is different. Sometimes it wants to automatically go up then it stops. And it sucks because I HAVE to use it because my stupid gamecube style pro controller started drifting. And the way it drifts is you can literally see the controo stick tilted. Which maies the game move itself.

The marketing team of Nintendo has been nothing short of amazing. This is a great commercial and again it's primarily showing adults playing the Switch which is very smart. I own it, it's a great gaming device and once the other " big guns " come it will be the " must have " gaming system. All in all Nintendo has been doing great with the Switch but the marketing team has been nailing it with these great tv ads, they have been doing a fantastic job....kudos to those guys ;)
I dont see that as the main selling point here, personally I just think it was that everyone shut up, stopped talking, even the kids, and just showed us "daily life".
