    • Also, I'd like to share a little lore on the design: the golden eye at the top is actually the deity of the people of the city the pyramid is in. It has blessed the land around it with incredible fertility. That's why you see gardens around the pyramid in the original build. It is considered their most sacred temple and they place all kinds of goods in there as offerings (the pyramid is also a storage system!)

  • 1st idea: Kollavik is home to Neers and elders of necromancy; the elders came from Wraithra, as a way to step away from war and leadership. Unlike others, Kollavik is a holy city meant for worship and peace, it is home to thousands of Neers and is an `ancestral home` for them. Amongst the bustling streets of travelers passing by, who are occasionally stopping to sell goods, there are numerous temples and shrines home to monks and priests. Inside of these places of worship, there are deer heads hung on the walls as a sign of protection and many tables for holy gatherings and praying. - Kollavik - The city of change. (find more ideas below)

    @the_pie_guy@the_pie_guy2 ай бұрын
    • btw i forgot to add that Kollovic is a trade center in the wild reach for potions and mysterious gemstones used for trade and jewelry. Since there are many slums located near Kollovic, there are many attempts to rob them of their wealth. many MANY cats also live there (i love cats).

      @the_pie_guy@the_pie_guy2 ай бұрын
    • 2nd idea: Keles is a huge landmark for travelers because it is a huge trade center used by many and has access to lots of mother natures recourses. Keles and its twin Brassholt are the two largest trade hubs in the entire continent; trade means wealth, wealth means greed, greed means capitalism, capitalism means corruption. Keles is widely known as the city of trade, but, the further you dive in, the more ugly it gets... Many rumors of Keles abusing minimum wage have been spread, including ones of poor living circumstances; and in severe cases: death. But that`s a bit too extreme.. right?.. Right?!.. Keles is also a giant hub for travelers because there are many places to sleep, eat and explore, including: the brewery, Brassholt markets and the wild inn. Although it may sound nice, deep mysteries lay hidden beneath its floor.

  • For your next build: An entire multi kingdom of elf's, dwarfs, and humans. The elf's are the crafty and smart ones, building all the houses, buildings, and using and teaching everyone magic. The dwarfs are the blacksmiths, making all the weapons, armor, and metals. They also provide lanterns for the elfs since they aren't as equipped to be underground. The humans are just the average people, filling in the rest of the jobs like farming. There is also a treaty that states that they all have to respect each other's cultures, like how elves cannot eat any meat. This poses an interesting challenge because all the builds will have to be mishmash of every buildings from each culture. This alliance was formed so they could face off the strongest of enemies and create a functioning society with a multitude of possibilities yet to come. P.s. you can expand upon this if you want.

  • For the lore idea, I like the idea that there was an ancient king buried deep in an ancient pyramid. When the tree ursuras was built around had crashed into the ground, it had lasting effects on the landscape, and its magic leaked into the temple, reviving the king. Humans, magicians and nymphs alike saw this as a blessing from the gods and began to build the ultra massive pyramid to commemorate the king from the dead. The pyramid united the notable settlements and became the center of trade routes and peace keeping agreements between the settlements because it was in the center of all the settlements. The pyramid still stands long after the kings second death and is used by magicians and magical creatures alike as a beacon to enhance their magical abilities. It also represents the alliances that the settlements have made with each other to help fend off large groups or hostiles, like the alphas who want to claim the pyramid and its magic for themselves. The pyramids magic and their settlements alliances are the only thing give them a chance against the alphas incredible army.

  • lore Idea :D. Thousands of years a go a great dragon named Rashulk was locked in combat with another great dragon, Ashfendel. They had fought each other for years, until Rashulk got the upper hand. As he stabbed Ashfendel with his horns and sent him flying into the ocean on the north part of what would be come the island. He sunk into the depths and was rescued by a speices of peoples known as the ocean nymphs, who blessed him with the ability to breathe under water. They where skilled fighters and a race of honor. They nursed him back to health, however, one day a shadow was spotted flying out of the waters. Rashulk had returned. Ashfendel rose from the waters, his heart of hearts burning with fire. There their fight begun, one final conflict. Ashfendel swore to protect the ocean nyphms, be their guardian. However, in upon realising that he could not win, he chose to destroy himself and take Rashulk down with him. Bursting into a firey inferno Ashfendel destroyed Rashulk, however the power of his final stand evaporated the oceans, creating a desert. Those who where closest (like the ones who nursed him to health) did not die but they survived adapted to the new climate. Some thought of Ashfendel as God still and worked tirelessly to expand the great pyramid, (the place where they nursed him back to health) as a place of worship. Others saw his destruction of the seas as a betrayl, and became cut throated. Those who stated formed Kollavik around the great pyramid and those who left became theives and bandits and formed Ursaross. Eventually some Ashfendel loyalists found Ashfendels heart of hearts and placed it within the temple. They where given the powers of flame, and gave ashfendel the title Sunburner, becoming known as the Sun Priests. Unfortunatley one of the priests sought to take the power for himself and fled the city, bringing the secrets of the Sunburner with him. He taught the most talented crooks and bandits how to harnise the sun, turning them into the sun bandits. Shovel241. You don't have too. But please. Also feel free to adapt it to match the world.

I also remember I had built an entire, multi-continent gibberish world that was just full of childish things. This was back when Minecraft worlds didn't have infinite generation, and when I had loaded it up when the update had come along, all the unloaded chunks got refreshed. All my work had been for nothing. I had this temple-like pool house in the middle of the ocean, and I loved it. I remember frantically searching for it before I had given up and realized what had happened.

This idea goes back to an old idea is had for an old creative would i wanted to attempt, but it clearly did not work out LOL, i think something like this would be a cool addition to the world.

You used some floating islands on one side, so on the other side I’d say you do the same except make them much higher and put towers and trading ports on them. You could also make a giant hole similar to Tazoh’s upgraded mineshaft as a place for the people of the city to get the resources to build the ships and other areas. I think this could add a good bit of depth and dimension to this area and make it look much better.

Keep up the good work, oh and I typed out this little story for your adventure map.[ In the ancient kingdom of Dukun, the As'wildins thrived under the rule of their revered king, Lord Doka. The vast desert landscape was dotted with majestic structures, echoing the grandeur of ancient Egypt. The people worshipped Doka, who possessed the extraordinary ability to summon fierce sandstorms at will. One fateful day, a mysterious stranger arrived in Dukun, bringing chaos and destruction in his wake. The stranger's power was immense, and as he neared the throne room, the air crackled with tension. Doka, the divine ruler, confronted the intruder, and a clash of god-like beings ensued. The battle raged on, shaking the very foundations of the kingdom. Sands swirled and clashed, creating a spectacle that etched itself into the history of the As'wildins. In the end, Lord Doka emerged victorious, but the cost was high. The confrontation had left him gravely wounded, teetering on the edge of mortality. Recognizing that his only chance for survival lay in a deep slumber, Doka made a solemn decision. He instructed his loyal subjects to preserve the kingdom's legacy and safeguard its people while he entered a profound sleep, entrusting the future to the hands of his people. The As'wildins, now faced with the absence of their beloved king, rallied together to rebuild their shattered kingdom. The once-thriving city was scarred but not broken. In Doka's absence, the people established a council to lead and make decisions for the betterment of their society. As time passed, the As'wildins adapted to the new era. They worked tirelessly to reconstruct their city, preserving the lore and history passed down through generations. The mysterious stranger's attack had served as a wake-up call, prompting the As'wildins to strengthen their defenses and explore new avenues of knowledge and power. The story of Lord Doka became a legend among the As'wildins, and the prophecy of his return lingered in the hearts of the people. They carried on, drawing strength from the legacy of their fallen king, ensuring that the sands of time would not erase the memory of the once-great civilization of Dukun.] I hope you like my story concept and if you don't, I'm shore I'll have more opportunities for you to use my ideas.

  • Maybe for some lore, the omega base is attacked and only around half survive, then they are forced to wonder the N. Desert and they find that pyramid, built by some ancient civilization of other omegas. After a while they are able to redo the interior to fit them, but they are found again. But instead of them getting wiped out the pyramid activates some kind of powerful ancient magic that destroys the attacking army. After this they are able to find more structures similar to the pyramid. Built by a seemingly world spanning civilization wiped out by some powerful unknown enemy. Aliens, or subterranean monster? Idk. Pretty vague but I think it could fit along with the story

  • Your videos are so cool man! Love the style of all the builds! What are the mods and and extra software you use to copy and past builds?? A tutorial video on the high-end tools of building like this would be amazing. Especially for players who make pretty cool builds but want to take it to the next level... ie inserting floating islands and how you did the branches in the AIR NOMAD city video 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The commands you mention.. I must know.

  • Okay here's a lore idea for that giant pyramid I'm thinking that you can have like a species of sphinx people that have like time magic so there was a time space warp that brought an ancient ruined pyramid back to life due to a large spell to save the soon to fall kingdom, and along with the entire civilization of sphinx people their magic can include multiple things including warping the speed of gravity by slowing down time, in order to be able to fly as they're like inherent mount for their race plus there's plenty of room in that tower for a royal Throne Room and a weaponry, You can even make a sand-based Town similar to the way that a desert village is laid out allowing you to increase architectural variation within the kingdoms along with weapons and multiple other specific things to the desert I think that's a pretty cool idea❤ Sry for rambling

I may be a pretty good builder, but stuff like this just pushes me to keep honing my skills. You guys keep being inspirations, and we'll keep building better. Epic builds as always Shovel, keep it up! Also... so you're helping with Grazzy's BotW in Minecraft map? Honestly, I still find that pretty cool. Definitely a welcome addition in that episode. Just a suggestion, maybe you could do a build involving rips in the fabric of reality? Sort of like how I picture Far Realm portals in D&D, tears with massive eldritch tentacles and arcane forces emerging from within. Or maybe a city that is quite literally a bridge? That could be cool too.

  • I have some lore ready. Imagine, the neer have some kind of god, like a triangle formed god that has powers like to turn people into mummys. But he isnt a bad god, because his turning people into mummys, he turns other people into rich but kind people. Because of that, the people from the poor villages got upset and started stealing from the rich people. That on the other hand made them upset, and so they started to hire guards. The poor people then decided that they are going to make their own city to fight the rich people(these guys live in keles). The new city got famous around the whole continent, even the people in the dirt hut heard about the thieves that live at that city. At sometime a prayer made the mistake to tell his god about the thieves. He wanted to stop them by turning them into mummies, but that didnt work and just made them more powerfull. Now the god is forgotten and the thieves are leaders of this region of the continent. I spent like 10 minutes writing this story, so please like this comment. Also shovel, i would love it, if you could help me learn to build, like showing me a bit how to detail, because i really want to build like you!

  • About the lore, I had an idea: Once the God of change descended upon the land. He landed in the desert and brought it to a new high, because he transformed the land around Kollavik from a dry desert to a jungle. As the god of change, he couldn't accept that, as a god, time doesn't work for him, so he took his own immortality and when he died his people build the pyramid for him. Even now, after the land has returned to a desert, they live around that place and follow his principles of an everchanging world.

  • The wild reach reems like a perfect place which represent resistance kind of like drone in ASOIAF we can also take inspiration from real life Ursaros i think is already made if thats the wolf head cave with tree in the middle but it might e difficult but if we can take inspiration from the real and fictional word for that build imagine Havana Cuba . As the most powerful entity on this world is literally a bank of the alphas I am thinking they represent the resistance against Imperialism . The neer people being marked remid me of Aztecs but as they are based on dessert some kind of Egyptian theme mixed ( i know both are very different )We can do trade city in a bit lush tropical setting and Kollavik in the other one

  • idea for getting the next lore build ideas from the comments. I suggest creating a google form to keep them in one place and filter through comments easier because it would seem as though some ideas get lost in the comments sometimes. So a google form would be a great idea to find them easier and get a way to contact the user to expand on their idea. The form ofc would include info on the civilization, name, etc. Hopes this helps at least, love your content keep up the great work!

  • My idea: Pyramid-Veltos ancient city created by a long dead king. The king is said to have incredibly powerful magic ability’s but soon lost them after angering the god of the desert “Tokel” (Choose your own name) The king wanted his memory to live on and used the last of his power to create his own “perfect creation”. This creation symbolizes his wealth and power. But because of using the remainder of his power spirits now inhabit the structure waiting for another powerful being to take the ancient kings place. More info- Kings name is not up to me. You should make an underground “city” below the pyramid. I say “city” because it could just be some towering houses or just as large cave with a throne. I’m begging that if you choose this idea make a large casket that if opened. Gives a powerful weapo that can summon spirits that have some sort of job or give an enchantment or ability. From, Orion KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Leave a like if you like it!

  • lore idea (very long): the wild reach has a past closely connected to wriathra. They were one nation until an evil king came and wanted to utilize the magic powers of the native people for necromancy. However a part of the population rebelled by leaving the society to build their own, and using the magic they possessed for healing (idk if a healer community already exists in the lore). They planted magical herbs and other plants to utilize in potions and medicine, and built the pyramid to house their magic and keep their secret potion recipes safe

  • I love your content, especially the map build series it's just so incredible, putting the last build into your map would be a good idea, but maybe change it slightly to something more like this, Long ago before the wars, before the conflict existed a group of people who called themselves the Keepers of Time. They lived in what we see now as the Great Dessert, where they stored knowledge and history of all kinds within their large hourglass-like pyramids. They watch and never intervene, they record but never write. They were observers and the world was a show they must record. When the wars happened, they buried themselves and their pyramids, so that their knowledge never fell into the wrong hands. So, somewhere deep within the dessert below all that sand exists an ancient ruin filled with the most forbidden of knowledge.
