I saw Gorillaz at Ball Arena in Denver just over 3 months ago. It was the most packed concert I've ever been to, and the diversity of age, race, and walks of life among the audience was incredible!

I was at Ball Arena too! It was my second time seeing them live (I saw them at Red Rock Amphitheatre for Humanz) and it was absolutely worth it both times. When everyone had their phone flashlights out it was magical

They didn't even do that at Roger Waters at the same venue in 2016 (it was still Pepsi Center at that time)! Red Rocks is amazing! I saw 10,000 Maniacs there twice in the late 80s/early 90s, Rush in 2010, and Lake Street Dive last May!

It’s a FREE AR performance that can be enjoyed literally ANYWHERE until June 2023 by simply downloading the Gorillaz Performs app from either the App Store or Play Store to any device that is AR capable. The full-size experience is only available in either Times Square, Piccadilly London or Brisbane, Australia…however, these are the venues for the FULL-SIZE (giant Gorillaz) experience. There’s ALSO a miniature tabletop version of this SAME experience which is based upon the Times Square performance which can be enjoyed literally ANYWHERE and well worth a look.

Actual app name is Gorillaz Performs… Also make sure you’re using an A.R. capable device as you won’t be able to enjoy the experience properly otherwise. iPhones have A.R. capability as a standard feature across all devices but Android has been a lot more piecemeal with it, making you have to buy a premium Android phone for that feature…thus, I HIGHLY recommend iPhone for this app, worth the money 💯

The performance is constantly running is what I am guessing. You just have to be there and open the app. The person recording just went there, started the app and recorded the projection. In NYC, it looked like they arranged a one time gathering for the video
