  • Загрузка в печь вместе с мешком - это прекрасно. В целом культура производства впечатляет. Работают с расплавом в резиновых тапочках. Бля.. не, ну может люди там почти бесплатные и нового прям за забором возьмут.. но сразу видно - о ТБ там даже не слышали. 9:28 биение поражает воображение. Т-точность. Покраска - вот прям видно, как "на отъебись" сделано. Не, ну в самом деле, зачем красить кожух с двух сторон, да? Да и под ним - тоже излишне. Да и вал с крыльчаткой прикрывать не надо, херачьте прям по ним... Удивлён наличием подшипников и манжет, после увиденного всерьёз ожидал применение промасленных тряпок для уплотнения..

    • Да на качество им скорее всего пофигу, ибо платят копейки, а пахать дохрена приходится. Плюс к тому же о каком качестве идет речь в подобных условиях? У нас на заводах с браком делать умудряются, а тут "на коленке". Но вот ТБ - это то, что меня удивляет каждый раз, когда я смотрю подобные видео. Им вообще, наверное пофигу на себя. наверное они терминаторы, а одежда сверху чисто, чтоб причиндалы прикрыть. Иначе я не могу это объяснить их поведение.

    • @@user-yy7fi4hv5r полагаю дело в том что нам есть с чем сравнивать а им нет. И потом, это мануфактура образца середины 19 века, и работягам не до жиру а быть бы живу. Платят копейки? Да работяги и этому рады, иначе бы в сланцах чугун не отливали.

    • Удивлён керамическим сальником, он довольно дорого стоит, даже китайский. И зачем торчит вал со стороны вентилятора? Про гроверы на болтах они похоже не слышали.

    • @@JimNichols Sure you can "watch" if suddenly some molten iron droplets are ejected from teh furnace and land on your bare feet are on other parts of your body. But you can do nothing as this happens faster as you can escape. Its a great feeling when 1000°C hot metal find its way through your flesh till it reaches the bone. And if you are really that stupid: You cannot see deadly gases, you are just dead when you inhale them. Or you have long term effects due to them.

  • It's really impressive how in quite a rudimentary workshop these guys still manage to push out a great looking final product. It undoubtedly takes quite some skill, especially the winding of the motor looked super impressive. It clearly works, it would be pretty cool to see this happen in real life, thank you for posting the video, keep doing what you're doing :-)

    • Работодатель там даже не обеспечил работников индивидуальными средствами защиты(маска, каска, спецодежда, сапоги, перчатки итд). А про нарушения ТБ во многих моментах вообще молчу. Как они вообще до пенсий доживают, удивительно

    • Допуск в +- миллиметр видимо для их целей достаточно. Кондовость конструкции компенсируется дешевизной. Это же не лазерный проигрыватель где микроны.

  • This is the craziest thing I’ve seen in weeks. Holy hell. I wonder if there are hardly ever any injuries because they have learned to be extra careful or there are a lot of injuries due to lack of safety equipment and procedures. I can only hope these hard working men are paid more than 10 Rupees a day.

  • One shop should not do all that. Lots of quality standards are lowered. The motor may last a million years or short out 10 minutes into a work load. To bring value up there needs to be checks on the material and the machining. Adds maybe a few hours and possible tossing out a few out of spec parts, but the result is better product

    • Почему низкая точность? Примерно так и происходит литьё чугуна на производстве. И точно так же обрабатывается режущим инструментом. А "протолкнуть" это параметры на таблички насоса выбиты так же как и мощность двигателя. Судя по размерам колеса и улитки характеристики примерно 150-200 м3/ч, напор не больше 30 метров. Двигатель не больше 30кв/ч, только смушает что это насос серии К по стандартам РФ не имеет промежуточной ступицы, передний подшипник больше 2 лет не проходит при постоянной работе

    • @@user-gz3zg3pw6o Подшипники скорее всего переживут двигатель, особенно с учетом изоляторов из обложки журнала, ручной намотки и поливки лаком из чайника, без погружения в лак (про вакуумирование уже молчу). Хотя наврятли подшипники долго протянут без балансировки вала и крыльчатки. Эти насосы скорее всего для полива полей используют.

    • @@XLegion_ разбирал как то эл двигатели целую гору советские и чешские на медь, совершенно исправные, проработали около 40 лет на насосах, 75 kw, так вот в них вобще лака не было ни грамма, цвета горелого не было, запаха характерного тоже. Изоляторы правда были и бумажные и стекловолокно на разных движках. А на мелких kw 10-30 почти всегда лак но тоже не во всех

    • the the person who wears that gear is slowed down so much he gets defooded and someone who is prepared to work at the pace of the foundry/factory gets the job and the food. Remember, until the 1960s or so this was the standard way of working in factories, and had been for hundreds of years. And even today, its only really western nations that have the extreme health and safety. The main reason is in western modern society the high value we put on 'life'. Throughout most of history, in all countries, a person was considered quite cheap, certainly not worth encumbering with protective gear that slows down the work process. People are cheap and replacable, factory production is not. Its only since the 1920s or so in a small numbers of first world countries this concept of 'valuing' life has become a thing and it has got bigger ever since, to the point where zero workplace injuries is now the expected norm - in the 1960s, a factory with under 2% annual employee DEATH rate, or a workshop/construction side with under 5% death rate, was considered acceptably safe even in the West.

    • @@Debbiebabe69PPE gear like boots, safety glasses, hearing protection etc doesn't slow down production. What slows down production is when a skilled worker gets seriously injured, requiring time to find and train their replacement.
