    • Empire was given a fair chance to get its act together in December '21. The golden opportunity was wasted. It's gone downhill from there, with latter day Soviet times ahead. Geriatric Boomer elite at the wheel in a decades long stagnated Empire. It's mask fell on 7.October. It's plain for all to see what it was all along. It's over. There is no coming back from this. Bastards all around. Time to learn another language and get the f* out of dodge.

    • Thomas Mann (1875 - 1955): "War is a cowardly escape from the problems of peace." Why should Russians accept the bare minimum when Washington's statements, promises, and treaties are worthless asswipe? Ukraine False Hope: there will be no negotiations with Kiev and the White West. Anyone thinking Russia or China will negotiate existential security with lying Western politicians is delusional. The Minsk Treaties are revealed as asswipe intended to allow Ukrainian Nazis time to rearm and continue the war. Germans, French, Ukrainians and Washington don't have the brains or character to appear embarrassed or ashamed of their murderous lies. They gloat over the dead. Russia responded by announcing their goals now require complete destruction of the Zelenskiy regime. Anatoly Antonov (Russian Ambassador to the United States): “The emergence of tanks, bearing Nazi insignia, on the former Soviet soil unequivocally makes us aim at toppling the neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine and creating normal conditions so that the neighboring peoples in the region could live peacefully like in the old days. So it won’t be the vacuous opinions of irrelevant Westerners that define this war’s end. It will be blunt demands and brutal facts on the ground that define Ukraine’s public defeat. This war will end with Washington--NAYOYO humiliated, Russian tanks shaking the ground at western borders, and the Global South dancing drunkenly in the streets for a week. George Carlin: “It’s called the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it.” Winston Churchill (1944): ”I have left the obvious, essential fact to this point, namely, that it is the Russian Armies who have done the main work in tearing the guts out of the [Nazi] army."

    • The extensive dialogue reveals a disturbing truth - Madison Grant's extremist views on the superiority of White men with blond hair and blue eyes, a belief admired by Adolf Hitler, perpetuates a dangerous myth. The flaws of Europeans as a continent and as individuals, likened to the Edomites of the world, are evident despite the lessons of two world wars and the rise of extreme Neo Nazi racism. The support of a corrupt Neo Nazi Ukrainian government by Europeans and Americans should not be surprising. Europe's failure to learn from its history of paganism and spiritual darkness only invites the return of ancient demons of war, exposing their hypocrisy.

  • Thank you Nima for inviting Jacques Baud back as a guest, on your wonderful podcast! He is a most knowledgeable and brilliant analyst of international affairs and military conflicts. His assessments of the Ukraine conflict , were all on point and showed great insights into the problems that both led to and perpetuated this tragic conflict. The West knows one response pattern, using brute force and warfare to achieve its goals around the world! The result is always the same, death , destruction and destabilization of entire regions, over and over again. This is pure insanity, and does nothing positive for any of the parties involved in these horrific battles. One would have thought that by now, the West would have learned the futility of such misguided policies, but that is not at all the case.. it is incomprehensible that such catastrophic mistakes , continue to be made! In the case of Ukraine, the country is in ruins, peoples lives largely destroyed and nothing positive gained for Ukraine on any level. Pumping additional arms and money into Ukraine, will in no way alter the outcome of this U.S. and NATO inspired conflict. The only thing it will accomplish is further needless death and destruction of Ukraine, and further territorial losses of once Ukrainian land to the Russian Federation. Jacques’s analysis of the conflict between Israel and Iran, was equally valid and accurate. Again the use of overwhelming and brute force by Israel against the Palestinians and Iran, have not achieved the results Israel desired in the first place. In the case of the Palestinians, tens of thousands of civilians have perished, lands and infrastructure has been obliterated, and a catastrophic humanitarian crisis of the Palestinian civilians has been set in motion. None of Israel’s military objectives have been met., and Israel’s own population and economy have suffered significantly as a result. Iran has shown great restraint in their response to Israel’s brutal attack on their consulate in Damascus, Syria. Israel violated international law and the Geneva Convention in conducting this strike. In its calculated response, Iran successfully hit several military targets in Israel, all of which were used by Israel in its attack on the Iranian consulate in Syria. Iran demonstrated their ability to hit with precision , high value military targets in Israel, while thoroughly evading Israel’s high tech missile defense system in each case. This has forever exploded the long held belief of Israel’s military superiority and invincibility. That has now been refuted, giving Iran a new deterrence capability , and forever changing the balance of power in the Middle East. Again Jacques Baud’s assessments have been incredibly insightful and accurate! It is most unfortunate that no one in positions of power in the West, has any of the knowledge, experience, expertise or insights into such critically important matters that Jacques Baud clearly does. The world would be a lot better off if they did. This endless cycle of warfare, death and destruction, is serving no one’s interests but to give enormous profits to the defense contractors of the U.S. and its Western Allies! What a shame things have to u fold in this pointless manner, and cause immense suffering and death for so many in the process! Thank you Nima for inviting Jacques Baud back as a guest on your podcast. We all benefit from his brilliance and wisdom in so many diverse areas. He gives us all a much better understanding of what is going on around us in the world. You are doing an excellent job keeping us all well informed, please keep up the good work!

You have to kill your fellow man on the "other" side...with whom you have most in common; because some politicians and their filthy rich friends must not lose face or try to get elected...it's infuriating and utterly tragic, shame on all of those who refuse to talk or who use this war to enrich themselves....shame on those who try to silence the voices of reason and the voices of peace.

  • Very well informed guest, actually the most informed about situation in Ukraine among those who Nima invites to his program, and, unlike Americans guests, he doesn't butcher the names. I'm impressed, since I didn't think there was this level of understanding of the conflict among the western analysts, but Jacques proved me wrong. With Bucha, this was clearly an MI-6 orchestrated operation which persuaded two goals: on one hand to accuse Russians in the civilian massacre, but no less important goal was to send an internal message to Ukrainians - if you will collaborate with Russians, this is what will happen to you. It would be super easy to remove white bands (sign of neutrality and posing no danger to Russian troops) from the arms of corpses carefully staged along the street, but they were left on them with the purpose of internal message. It worked for a while, as it raised the level of hatred for Russia among Ukrainians, but no longer is the case, since there is a steady flow of Ukrainian civilians who go to Russia from the third countries, like from Poland via Belarus, via Turkey etc. Assuming they can pass the filtration process by the Russian FSB (like FBI in US). They are given a resident status in a region where they decide to settle and even a chance to apply for a full Russian citizenship after 3 months. For many this beats their uncertain status in Europe which offered little to Ukrainian migrants in terms of economic opportunity and a chance to settle permanently in a new place. Starting this week all Ukrainian consulates abroad were given instructions not to process requests for new documents, extensions etc. to any Ukrainian men of a military age that do not present a permit for them to leave the country from the military recruitment center. The path to citizenship in EU county can be long and difficult and to take a long time. Are they trying to push these men to go to Russia where there is no language barrier and no danger of being sent to war? Zelensky doesn't care...

  • While everyone looks at the strategic and tactical situation in Ukraine on the battlefield the US has run away with the prize. It broke the trading relationship between Germany and Russia and for a while has slowed the Belt and road initiative with China at the European end and is now controlling European energy prices of LNG.

  • Yeah. During the Cold War, all major meetings between the Eastern and Western blocs took place in neutral countries. And it wasn't just Switzerland. It was Austria, Sweden, or Finland. The world needs neutral countries now more than ever. Unfortunately, to the detriment of even the neutral countries themselves, they are rapidly diminishing. In Europe, only Austria remains neutral. Many people do not understand that belonging to a bloc does not mean greater security or prosperity. Exactly the opposite is true.

  • 31:25 Allen Dulles wasn't the "head" of the OSS, that was Wild Bill Donovan. Dulles was "the Swiss desk", Herengasse 23 or something, a quaint little place where this failure of a man got to throw parties, cheat on his wife, and be lied to- over and over and over. During the war and after, and way after, whenever anyone analyzed what Dulles "collected" in Bern...it was either gibberish, or Nazi propoganda. The man loved his Nazis. Many came to him with BS gossip, and in exchange he hid their wealth or got them transport, or other services. He also loved Bern, always romanticized it, even went back when his fourth or fifth "restart" didnt work and he kept failing at life. But Bern, the drinks, the scenery, the housing, the gossip, and being a "popular man"...that worked for Dulles.
