  • The hardest thing you’ll ever hear is disappointment from your child… and even worse is that it’s from something you haven’t even done yet. I couldn’t even imagine hearing those words from my daughter. It would honestly be the worst thing to ever happen to me. Always live the life that would make your children proud. She’s cold towards him because after he came back from this, in her timeline he’s a POS who never readjusted and abandoned them and eventually was I believe a drunk and ended up dying in a car accident. She never got to know him which is why she acted the way she did. It’s a little unfair because technically all he wants to do is survive to get home to see his wife and daughter. She she rocks his world by telling him what a POS he becomes after he gets back. And he saw what his father was like and decided that’s not going to happen. It’s a great movie and I’ve watched it a handful of times and would highly recommend!

This scene doesn't have this music in the movie and no, pressing the dislike button will not stop youtube from recommending shorts with this music and no again, watching the movie is not the solution to the problem i and apparently several others have. So please; stfu with your "suggestions"? Feedback is the only way to make stuff better, i am giving feedback here, that's it. Cars, computers, internet, smarphones, even food has gotten better and evolved due to feedback from others so.. it's not "whining", it's feedback.

  • For anyone that is wondering why she seems so cold against him. Basically a few years after his timeline he started acting differently towards his family. He abandoned them and never cared to visit his daughter and eventually when she turned 17 i think they got a call that he died by a car accident he had. So she has every right to be cold to him after everything that happened. He just doesn't know as for him these things haven't happen yet.

      @NRV0@NRV017 күн бұрын
    • He believed that he was meant for something bigger, and that ambition caused his split from his family. She let him know that they got the call that he'd been in an accident, and she was there to see him die, if I remember correctly, and it gutted her. She tried very hard not to get attached to him in this time, because of that, and before he gets sent back, he effectively watches her die, so that guts him just as bad, making him more resolute to save the world, just so he can save her...

Then, at the end they blow up the alien ship and not even use the antidote/solition that they were working on in the first place. Basically, an hour of the movie didnt need to exist bc they didnt even need the antidote/solition in the end of the movie to get rid of the aliens. Shit writing in my opinion.

There are voice characteristics, facial patterns, physical behaviors that would let me know. I met my cousin after a 50 year absence and got him right away. @@Validboy
