Football fans are praising Haaland for tap-ins in super attacking Guardiola system but they seem to forgot what is real talent looks like. Ladies and gentleman, pre-injury Ronaldo Il Fenomeno.
Пікірлер
Out of Haaland's 106 goals for Borussia and Man City, only 3 of them were scored from outside the box. Football is not all about scoring different types of goals, but how the one can be compared to Ronaldo, CR7, Messi and yet not to have at least a few solo goals or long shots? At the same time, young Ronaldo Phenomenon was able to score long shots, free kicks, solo goals. By the age of 22 the Brazilian scored 191 goals for his national team, Inter and Barcelona, won FIFA World Cup, 2 times become a FIFA player of the year and became the youngest Ballon d'Or winner (21 y/o) in the history. I find it ridiculous that some people dare to call Haaland the best young player ever when all he can offer is tap ins.
@mrbundesteamchannel Жыл бұрын

@rayanhach Жыл бұрын
I don't think it's fair to compare Haaland to R9, CR7, or Messi because he's just a different player. Far more limited, and obviously light-years away in terms of technical ability, but fantastically efficient in his role: scoring goals.
@rod6722 Жыл бұрын
I agree Mr Bundesteam, but the thing is that the sport is vastly different now than it even was when cr7 and messi were young, leg alone Ronaldo Nazario. I'm really impressed with Haaland and how mature his finishing and positioning are, but there's no doubt, that what Cr7, messi, and Nazario were doing at his age was far more entertaining and impressive.

Come back to Me when someone else scores as much as haaland does in this current era... Aim of the game is to put the ball in the back of the net... Not score the most spectacular fifa goals. Like saying messi and Ronaldo are frauds for scoring tap ins and penalties. If it was so easy to score tap ins why aren't all strikers able to score 15+ goals a season? Somehow it got degraded to 20 goals being golden ball worthy when the big boys are scoring 30-40+

if you followed football closely you should know that Ronaldo was considered the best plyer in the world from 1996-1998, after the injuries he was not considered the best, around 1999 it was Rivaldo and then Zidane and Figo. Even in 2002 when Brazil won the world cup Rivaldo was considered the best player in Brazil and though Brazil won the world cup, Oliver Kahn won the gloden ball. Definitely the most unstoppable player. One man army. Opponents shitted their pants when he got the ball. Football in that era was into transition into modern football. Most clubs played 4-4-2 with much less chances for any attacker. The 4-4-2 became much easier to defend. Nowadays it is 4-3-3 which is dominant with much more movement up front. Ronaldo in modern day would be a monster. Much better medical and physiological professionalism at clubs. The space modern football offers would make him less reliant on strength and speed. Football and NBA both had become less physical. In the ‘80s you see slidings as high as the knees, the ‘90s and ‘00s has more shirt pulling and a bit less late tackling than the ‘80s. Modern football has so many camera angles that atttackers are much better protected. Pression football and the use of functional space up front creates more space. Nowadays attackers have less time but more space to control the ball because not the players themselves are man-marked but the potential pass that someone can give is covered.

I find it ridiculous that some people dare to call Haaland the best young player ever when all he can offer is tap ins.
couldn't have said that any better.
I don't think it's fair to compare Haaland to R9, CR7, or Messi because he's just a different player. Far more limited, and obviously light-years away in terms of technical ability, but fantastically efficient in his role: scoring goals.
Right bro Halland is lucky also good team he got Haaland only can shoot Haaland can't dribbling can't pass can't cross Haaland not a complete player But R9 another level

He's my favourite player of all time. The most complete striker ever!
if you followed football closely you should know that Ronaldo was considered the best plyer in the world from 1996-1998, after the injuries he was not considered the best, around 1999 it was Rivaldo and then Zidane and Figo. Even in 2002 when Brazil won the world cup Rivaldo was considered the best player in Brazil and though Brazil won the world cup, Oliver Kahn won the gloden ball. So calling him the best ever is not accurate. Messi, Maradona and Zidane have a much stronger case for being the GOAT!

@@bricelevai8520 didn't he only really struggle after his injury/injuries - when he was always playing his condition wasn't really notable but afterwards he Gaines a little too much weight and thereby made it harder for his body to deal with his Playstyle.
He is like Mike Tyson in prime of football ;)
My idol and he will continue to be. A player that I grew up watching, someone that I truly tried emulating myself when I played on the field. He inspired so many generations, in my opinion he’s the greatest striker of all time and it’s not even close.
Quite surprised people are actually comparing him to Haaland. Completely different type of player. Haaland should be compared to Gerd Muller, van Nistelrooy or Batistuta.
Same here, he was from another universe!
That turn of pace and directness 😳 He was a different animal 👌👌
When you say The Phenomen R9 you say the best striker in the history ✅✅✅
If Ronaldo produced by an engineer, Ronaldinho produced by an artist.
So, who would win in a 1v1?
Incredible player. He attacks defenders like no one I've seen before. Some strikers try to avoid and go round them...he just plow through them like heated knife to butter.
Players nowadays grew up from the academy, but the legends grew up from the streets. That's why they can dribble and carry the ball alone and put on a phenomenal show.
The best I have seen in my life time! Maybe you can argue, Maradona, Pelé, Ronaldinho, Messi or Ronaldo. But the phenomenon is the top of his generation
I wanna see a list of the greatest prime years footballers have ever had
He is a legend.. the most exciting player in his era..no comparison ..💪🏻
The most unstoppable player of all time. The most superhuman phenomenon I've ever seen in football history. Magician, absolute genius!
Nowadays attackers have less time but more space to control the ball because not the players themselves are man-marked but the potential pass that someone can give is covered.
thats messi, I ve seen some ronaldo phenomenon when I was a kid and he was in the galacticos team, compared to messi he was very easy to stop actualy.
But to be honest, those times the defensas we're so weak, they started to defend better and stronger after Barcelona started to win with Guardiola
i wouldn't call him unstoppable. i do remember him breaking a leg, and was out for 2 years. i would still say that Pelé was better then him. but Football has Evolved overtime, football 20 years ago isn't the same as today. back then etc we used different tactics like using a sweeper defender that's behind CB. Erling Håland have already broken a lot of records, while playing in two of the biggest football leagues in the world. just because you dont see him Dribble. doesn't make him a worse player.
@@vladraduandrei5227 u havent seen the real ronaldo
