I thought you retired from the hustle
You forgot to add "AS A MILLIONAIRE" to your title.
This video still delivers value. (It’s a different kind of value. You’re now expressing the “purpose of life” and “self knowledge” personal journey type of ‘value’ - keep going…. It’s great!
@@stephenhill8604 It gets people thinking about their next phase of life, after the hustle & grind. Either plan for it or work until you die (and probably be miserable the entire time you're doing it)
HAahahhaa. I do love the sass.
next video; as an ex-youtuber,
Lol
.....part 1 (of 20)
😂
My wife left me as an ex-youtuber, ex-google TechLead
this comment is actually golden
To this day, I still can’t tell if he’s joking or not.
nobody can
It's both haha.
well hes trolling sometimes and sometimes not. if you cant tell you probably shouldnt sub
it's joking and serious at same time, that's why people like it

Looking for where to begin putting in some funds that will aid me after retirement. Saving up isn't giving anything in return.
On your own you could seek out several of these portfolio managers. Know what you're getting out of it and see if your targets can be met.
Who is yours? If you do have, I'd like to know(retiring soon and I need to get my sh*t together )
I started out with LUCY ROSE CARTER,great advisor. I got very lucky to have found her especially after my marriage crisis & consider her a good friend now.
LUCY ROSE CARTER is the CFP responsible for my portfolio success, the lady has a private client base you can confirm her yourself on the internet, regulation and all.
I know this lady. Lucy is a genius in the market. I once watched her on BBC finance when she discussed her take on Real Estate Management and FX.
We experienced the pinnacle of our era, but it is now gone. Like what happened to Rome, the corrupt administration will bring this nation to an end. My condolences go out to anyone who is close to retiring and may be worried about whether their pension will be enough to pay the rising cost of living. Insane fiscal policy, poor regulatory policy, poor energy policy, and poor foreign policy
I can personally connect to that. I started working with Margaret Johnson Arndt, a fiduciary financial counselor, and my profits were assured. In such circumstances, I would always advise hiring a professional to help you through choppy markets and only give you indicators and strategies for figuring out when to enter and exit the market.
Recently, I've been considering the possibility of speaking with consultants. I need guidance because I'm an adult, but I'm not sure if their services would be all that helpful.
You can look up the financial advisor using her complete name on your computer; I hire her since she looks after the portfolios of renowned investors.
We never even fought. We never even understood that our enemy is the enemy Rome faced - the Neuroparasites. Rome was infected in 70 AD, we have that same infection of mental and moral malware.
We started taxing work and not wealth and created deficit spending under Regonomics and the results are clear. We repealed Glass Steagal and the resulting homeless sleep in our streets, the Pharmaceutical companies push opioids and sell them in mass quantities to the illegal drug trade, while promoting them as less addictive to the medical community and see the results on our streets, we sell globalization, and ignore the human and environmental consequences as our forests die and we have plagues of invading insects and toxic plants raising our food costs. We let the parasites grow at the top of our economic food chain and they sucked the life out of the middle class while providing NOTHING OF VALUE. Because we tax work, and not wealth. back @$$ward. But we in the USA can't talk about money in politics, we can only talk about the DISTRACTIONS, abortions an LQBQXYZPDQ bullS###! Next major issue, What color is this dress? Biden says it's blue, republicans won't raise the debt ceiling till they agree it's gold.
He’ll never leave his KZhead channel…it’s his identity.
I hope youre right, Techlead is the granpa we never had... He sometimes says some weird things but when he makes a good point it sits with you...
TechLead considering leaving KZhead is a threat to democracy.
yes, he is more addicted to youtube than to money
Can't wait for the next video. Value or not ☀️ keep up the good spirit of making good to people nearby and do not forget yourself. I assume we all do what we are interested in whether it makes money or not.
He's got several chinks in the armor
This man's mastered sarcasm to where we can't even tell when he's being serious. Hollywood can't even deliver this quality of a cliffhanger 👏🏿
"This man's mastered sarcasm to where we can't even tell when he's being serious. " I'm guessing you aren't British. He's an amateur by our standards.
Oh my god this guy is SERIOUS! Are you kidding? He not joking. He's a moron.
@@archvaldorI was going to say that there is a very, very strong probability that the gentleman was brought up in a staunchly English environment. But you beat me to it.
TechLead is awesome.
He's not joking about this video, nor the ones before it. You people are just coping if you cannot accept him describing reality
My Dudes... this is pure GOLD. He highlights so many things I've been battling with also about an upcoming career shift. To hear another person discuss how the rat race has affected him, and his current outlook on all of "this" after putting in the work in life / work... there is some perspective there. Focusing on living in the present may be actually harder than trying to climb that ladder in current times.
Love the new chapter. Kudos to recognizing what’s important in life.
Next video: Ex-retired, Ex-millionare,....
Ex- KZheadr
Much respect to you. I love watching your videos. I always find something you say, making me ask myself questions about myself. You have a way of presenting points that resonate in me. Thanks for what you do. Look forward to the next (act 3).
Hey Techlead, I look forward to hearing more FUN stuff from you! You go brother! Do what touches you. 🙏🙂
Your definitely ahead of your time. Most people never imagine having time for themselves. We don’t even know who we are working for.
@Brick1930 Techlead is set for the rest of his life. How old is he? Like 30? Pfft most people can't even retire by 55 or 60. What is he gonna do? Chill? There's still a lot of time. My dad is 49 and wants to work for another 10 years, its his choice. He's bored if he's not at a job. And he encourages me to get my sh*t together before I'm 30. I'm 22/23, I'm not in such a rush.
It's over. I'm a youtuber now.
I’m not even 25 I can’t retire yet tech!!!
I just found your videos & I agree with a lot of your perspectives. I've taken care of my responsibilities as a parent and daughter. I could get back in the rat race but I've had my share & in spite of what everyone else my age is doing, I want to be present moving forward & enjoy whatever's left of my life with as little drama as possible! I was never materialistic, take it or leave it, had the best & had nothing too but that only reaffirmed my intrinsic values. I appreciate your videos & that you don't edit what's true for you. Enjoy your endeavor & thank you for your videos + time.
I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal.-
I'm exploring different investment opportunities and would appreciate others' insights on this matter.,.
I initially started my investment journey with the guidance of a financial advisor named *Jenny Pamogas Canaya.* Her transparent approach granted me full control of my investments, and her fees are reasonable, considering my return on investment. Nonetheless, it's crucial to conduct thorough research before engaging with any financial advisor.|-.
i remember hearing you say some videos ago "i will die soon" i really felt that for myself too, i feel time is just speeding up every second, life is just passing so fast and it feels faster everyday, i can feel something pushing me by my back straight to the grave, i support you as a human being everyone deserv to be happy.
Well you took the vaccine right? So that’s 10 years off your life for sure.
i’m walking around my parents home celebrating my 32. today i fixed the most of my chronic pain and realised that the life i live it’s actually what i want. i have no another goal. feels nice
How did you fix it?

Congrats ! This is very uplifting !
your so dilusional
There is always value from your video. Enjoy your retirement life. Hope you find new experiences and maybe new inspirations and come back to share with us. Best wishes.
Hope that you are doing fine TechLead, your videos helped me a lot to change my pov about tech, love your content !
He just echoes my sentiments each time I watch his videos. He is the common sense person we all need.
Here's the thing. If you believe this guy you probably can't read anyway so you won't see this. Your doomed at life. Like my god at least listen to Rogan or something where at least there are informed guests once in awhile. Naw. That's too much.
This is copywriting
Thanks for admitting to being even more stupid then this guy. Incredible. Hard to believe but there it is.
especially his son. so abusive what women and courts do.
I love this guy. He delivers value without even trying. I hope he will continue to make videos.
Absolutely love this guy’s content!!! Keep it up
This is a lesson on the magic power of click bait subject lines. These little lectures, he loves to do them. He loves that we love it. He's not going anywhere, so there's no need to despair.
He actually talks about the stuff that goes through our head and that is why we like to watch it so that we don’t look crazy.
It makes me sad because his content has become absurdist and incomprehensible. I suppose it actually is a symptom of not much happening in his life anymore so he has little to actually talk about anymore. Nobody watching can retire. We're all out here working our asses off just to try to survive and he is sitting there mocking us. It's pretty heartless tbh
I was thinking along the same lines how the rich don't do anything to help anyone else but themselves. How can our economy grow if only the top 1% of the population has the money to spend on stuff? Of course, the economy is going into a recession. No average person is going to be spending money like it's water. Big cooperate will just sit with new products collecting dust on their shelves.
@@tonetone5654I’d say it is quite enlightening.
@@tonetone5654i dont view this perspective as mocking “the working class” rather he is showing the dark honest side of success and how hollow it is. Those who are successful hide their insecurities and misery through fancy clothes, sleek cars, beautiful women and through endless improvement. In an odd way i found this video refreshing and allowed myself to relax a bit. As the economy gets worse and harder for the average person the only thing you can do is to live a simple life like our great grandparents and before have
the value of your videos for me is that your talks are just calm and chill
Excited to whatever content comes from you next! Whether its nerdy talks about video games, travel vlogs or just sharing whatever comes to mind. Im just 20, doing my physics degree with cs minor. I am nowhere remotely close to retiring and can't see a path to there anytime soon. Good thing is that I actually enjoy learning, even if stressful and exams vise vain. I'll try my best to build a future I'll enjoy and enjoy learning what I like along the way
I'm 20 and building a business and I just love the connections and improving my services but listening to this video was nice. I don't plan on retire I just plan on changing my purpose as I go through life and I think that's honestly what he's saying in this video. Putting aside all of the sarcasm we go through life and really the only thing that matters is living in the exact moment and adjusting your purpose to move on to the next big thing in life.
Im very excited about this change. Hope you get to enjoy retirement and I hope I get to enjoy Techlead content going into a new era. Good luck my brave friend
Ive seen 30 clips of you talking about this.
I’ve been watching your videos since a long time now, I think 5 years ago and from time to time when I see you uploaded a video, I’m always curious to see what you’re up to and I watch. I really like how you make your points about life etc with that sarcastic way of saying things ahahah Another very pleasant video 😁

I really loved this, it take a lot of courage to just stop. So many people already with many 10's of millions just keep going and are workaholics.. This is actually one of my favorite KZhead videos of all time. Thank you so much.
i wonder if it’s the need to feel like they have purpose 🤔
it feels so good to be retired now, thank you tech lead!!
Life is a loop of struggling toward achieving your goal and resting well (having fun) during the breaks. If the amplitude of this loop is low, then you're likely to get bored and depressed.
Excellent video! Thank you for posting this valuable wisdom!
This man is a national treasure, we must protect him at all costs
Save him from what?
From himself. That’s his biggest enemy
Ok that's kind of overdoing it .

Congrats to you, I hope you have a good time, you more than diserve this, all the work finally gets paid.
Living in the presence - that is the key message. I visited my family in Nigeria after 6 years. I am quick to realize how time flies. I worked pretty much everyday the past 6 years where my parents are aging and health is deteriorating. Living in the presence and doing what matters and more important should be prioritized as time lost with my family cannot be received.
Go back and enjoy life with them otherwise you will regret it until your last breath
I have no idea if you just say what they want to hear or/and are genuinely working your way through life's timeline: education (programming), job, meaningless grind, marriage (slavery), kids, divorce (freedom), retirement with meaning - way before health decline. Looking forward to this chapter in your life, I'm alongside ya fella, right there!
You call marriage slavery, and what do you call working in 9 to 5 job making the RULING CLASS rich while they sleep?

Thanks for the advice Tech, I’m retiring with you.
Love the video and sounds good to me!! Lots of truth said here!! Thank you
Brother thank you for the honesty and don't worry you are not alone at the top ;)
I hope you find your happiness TechLead ^-^
Wish you would reconsider. You are an inspiration.! I've had so many insights and laughs watching your content, really breaks my heart.
Been following for several years, and wanted to say thanks @TechLead You did a lot of good for me and this community. Looking forward to seeing the next chapter. Keep on keeping on!
I am genuinely happy for your decision and I hope you enjoy your life more, the present you talk about, in any way you like. Ironically I just came to check your channel after some years, and this is the video I watched. I used to watch quite some of your videos because you're smart, funny and somewhat very interesting and exotic to me in a way that how you've lived so different in the US, and your constant bombing thoughts about your life trauma, success and all the stories were all felt like you were the most honest person I'd seen on KZhead although you tried to make them all as jokes. Perhaps, it would help you find what you seek even better if you travel more and live outside of the states.. rather than just visiting, you could find various towns and live each for months. Learn new language, culture and meet local people..! Whatever it is, I believe that you're not only intelligent but wise enough to head to where you can truly be happy.
Not leaving...not going anywhere.....thank God...❤❤

Amen!!! What an entertainer. It's the last thing he wants to ever be, but because of his intellect and thoughtfulness, he is the show.❤
I'm retired, but through inheritance, I feel bad for not earning it and would like to earn my own money, but I'm kind of giving up, taking my 3.9mil and retiring at 41. I feel very much the same way you do, and it's refreshing to hear it from someone else. I don't even want to be around these brainwashed ambitious people. At the same time I don't know what to do with myself, I don't feel like volunteering, I have traveled everywhere I wanted to and it's not fun anymore. You can't even tell people you are retired, they either don't believe you and if they do, they don't respect you for not being productive.
who cares what people think? find something you like
Similar situation, if you decide not to have kids and not pursue relationships (MGTOW), you don't need a lot of money and can retire early. I spend most of my time learning how the real world works (there are a lot of interesting subjects on YT) and entertainment (like this channel). If you are also a doomer like me you are really off the hook. I highly suggest Aaron Clarey if you want a red-pilled perspective on how to live life
Dont give up John, you can earn your own money for sure! Tons of oportunities in this great time we live in
Give it to me and you could change the entire martial arts community forever, I'm working towards a personal goal related to that subject. Got a long way to go since there is a lot to be done, got to do it while working saving and investing also.
Don't feel bad. Enjoy life!
Empowering.... Love your content. Thank you
I needed this. Thank you
This resonated with me. I'm in my 40s, and have worked in tech for 20 years. I have enough money to retire, but what do I do with the rest of my life? It's unclear.
Ever think of helping people out of poverty in India or SE Asia ?
@@rogerc23although it sounds noble, it would be probably better for anyone that one helped their community and immediate surroundings. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like trying to help people you have little to no cultural connections and knowledge about is both wasteful and inefficient.

I like it! Thank you! Very valuable 🙏🏼
I have seen many of your videos and have never really liked any of them, although they have always been very amusing. But this video in particular inspired me to leave a like for the first time. Everything you say I can relate to. It feels like this is the first time you've really opened up and let your truth come out, even if it sounds a bit negative or depressing. I find it incredibly fitting as I am in exactly such a situation. During these weeks I'm trying to find myself and maybe study something new to accelerate my career but I don't know what exactly I should do and I feel under pressure because I have a family. But actually it doesn't matter and the money I earn is actually enough. People are just to greedy and always wants more. I thank you again for this video because it has supported my thought and it doesn't matter what I will do in this current state of the world because any cunt on tiktok will earn 7k more per month more than me even if I will have a PhD.
Live each day as if it's your last. I agree totally TechLead! Be the best you for you :)
You speak my mind brother. Love your content
Congrats bro, glad to hear it!
A couple weeks ago I was listening to you TechLead and getting ready for a job interview. I went to the interview on my escooter and tried my best to get hired. I left that interview with a promise for a follow up meet with the prospect of landing the job. All was good until I crossed the road and got hit by a car. I spent some time in the hospital with bruises and concussion. Tomorrow I will go for a follow up with my doc. And yes I didn't get the job and currently I am not in the position to continue my job hunting. I have headaches, I'm limping and I have injured shoulder. I barely go outside, because I am sensitive to the light and feel light headed. I am 30 years old yet I feel like a 60 years old man, confused and troubled. I am sorry for you not being able to retire sooner, I wish you good health.
Look on the bright side. Not a lot of people can say they've been hit by a car, so when you bring it up at every single social gathering in the future, people will be like "OMG! That's crazy! So glad you're okay!", and you get a dopamine hit from their reactions that make you feel like people actually care about your past struggles and triumphs. 🙂

As an engineer who is white, straight, not political. I just realized I'll never be hired for a new job, promoted in my current one and the first to go, so I'm putting it all on red today. All on 3 things. I pledge that Act 3 will be nothing other than Bitcoin, Jesus and being kind. That's it, no value, no collecting paper, no more hard work, no more ladder climbing, nothing else. I view these three things as the only things that are resilient enough to be worth the effort (if you want to call it that or not) in Act 3. Collect Bitcoin, Believe Jesus, and be kind. That's all I can do, and all I will do. That's it. “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life."-Jesus

Man these videos need to be 30-60 minutes. This is real life wisdom right here.
I unironically agree with him 100%
Shh, he's trying to not provide any value
I totally relate with this. I started out in tech early, made 1 successful F2P game that made me about a million dollars when I was 20. I then worked at my own pace as a tech lead at various companies for a decade while also selling a 3D renderer I worked out when I was 20-23. I'm 35 now, got to travel everywhere for free on company time/dime, got a few million dollars and now I'm just chilling playing video games, working out, doing whatever I want. Will only work on stuff on contract that I really enjoy whenever they come along.
