  • The workmanship is great and the result impressive. But these panels are not galvanized or even primed and I believe that rust will start appearing again from day one!

  • From when I was an apprentice fifty years ago, the first thing my apprentice master taught me was if there’s rust, cut it away completely, fully prime the remaining good material before you even think of fabricating or fitting a new panel. This guy’s panel beating/fabrication skills are exemplary, the quite frankly annoying lack of doing a proper and complete job is sadly not. One other thing my old teacher taught me was that a tidy work area is a safe one and he also went out of his way to make certain I had correct personal protective equipment at all times and that I wore it too. Something the maker of these videos needs to learn too.

  • Great metal forming skills but all the work and labor going into it you probably could’ve bought a good used rust free box and got it done a lot quicker.

  • I liked how: When repairing a Nissan, they just welded on new parts. When repairing an old Chinese pickup truck, they fabricated the parts from scratch

  • I don’t think there’s anybody from the States that does this much fabrication work from scratch. Most things are replaced and what can’t be replaced is made….which is very little.

  • How can a car get that Rusty in a few years or in a decade unless it's New York I guess because all the water and salty Sea Air probably why it's all rusted to hell and because of the snow there's going to be salty roads to melt the snow and that makes sense
