  • funny story, my ex whose also Aussie and also fights was mistaken for John Wayne in Thailand years ago, front row seats, Dom to sip on and asked to sign autographs lol He didnt know who he was at the time, just that everyone was calling him John lol great doco!

    • it's pretty funny.. he was fit af at the time and tbf they do look alike and both can fight ;) but he had long sleeves on so no tatts were visible lol @@fightchase

  • JWP shows such humility and respect for everyone. When he's talking to Mr Songchai, his head is slightly bowed and only holds eye contact for a few seconds. What an absolute role model for everyone, fighters or not. Namaste x

  • There are very few people who show true passion for fighting. I swear he was born to fight, there’s obviously more “famous” fighters out their, But I’ve never seen someone so In love with it at as JWP. Win draw or lose, He’s humbled and learns making himself a better and stronger warrior.

  • pretty hilarious they pray to 7 different gods then when the fight starts it's all about money and the trainer smacks the fighter if they dont win....so much for the gods.
