Baby animals need to be taught right away to fall in line because in the wild the parent may give them a command like run or climb or stay still and quiet. And if they don't listen right away they can get themselves and their brothers and sisters and even the parents eaten. Here is a clip of a mom dog teaching her her pups to all be still and quiet. Ethan liberally said Anubis is their brother in this video. And I know because Mikayla said on another recent post "Why we have a breeding pair of jackals." SaveAFox works with a nationwide program to save African Black Backed Jackals from extinction. They keep Anubis for educational purposes and because Mikayla luvs him so much.
