Cleanest workshop in all of Pakistan
Absolutely no doubt in my mind that what I'm seeing is 'genuine Tide' being produced. 🤣
US Outsourcing again?
Welp, most of genuine stuff from the west is produced exactly like this in the east lol. Apple is great at that....
Sulphonic is sulfonic acid compounds, as a liquid acid (with fatty acids) or as ammonium (lauryl or lauric) sulfonate. The shampoo part is probably sodium silicate. The sodium is certainly sodium carbonate (soda ash). Its a decent laundry powder, should work well.
must be a chemist
I was curious about it too, I had never heard of sulphonic acid. When he mixes something into the sulphonic acid it looks like saponification is happening. Soda carbonate seems to be the bulk of the washing powder though, does that affect washing in any meaningful way?
@@Gersberms Sodium carbonate does most of the work. It reacts with oils in particular to make soap which removes the oil from the garment.
I’ve been watching these videos for a while, and for the life of me I don’t understand why these guys don’t wear mask with all that dust all over the place. They are breathing in all those chemicals. CRAZY!
There are never any older men in these videos.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Amazing. No safety, no protections glasses, no gloves. Incredible.
Thank you.
@@skillsecrets1 They were being sarcastic. They meant, Where is the nonexistent safety equipment for the employees? Sandals? Really?
Quality control I guess. Since the customer should handle the product without PPE so they trust their product 😂
@@lanchesternaanyane The customer is not breathing fumes or risking losing a toe from dropping something on unprotected feet.
That is why they are professionals they don't need all the ppe 😂😂😂 Osha would approve for sure👌 keep the hard work up guys
Very interesting video. Great job guys!
are you using the tide package with a disney font writing on it? funny
How many days does one worker's health last?
A risky job in Pakistan can last them a few or so days. A death wish for them.
Yes.
Health? What is this 'health' thing you speak of?
Ariel washing powder manufacturing units
Nice to see they take health and safety seriously...where can I buy those steel toecap slippers?
Steel flip flops😅
Around the corner there is a slippers factory
Great job, I love the machines
Glad you like them! Stay tuned for more!
There's at least three different brands of detergent in bags there. Probably all the same mix.
7:28 straight up thought that glove was a severed hand. 😱
I'm interested
Excellent process
Some of their machines and things are made to complicate their work. why to flex yourself while you could bring the powder a bit upward and not directly on the soil:)
ABRAXO 😁😁
I worked for a detergent wholesaler for a few years, the smell was overwhelming, I can`t imagine how nice it smells in there XD
You’re right.
Oh this is Ariel detergent? It's a lot of ingredients. I never thought that blue powder was just COLOR. I thought it was some special detergent enzyme that enhanced washing capabilities Haha It's just BLUE COLOR Who would've thought🤷🏾♀️

Please do minimum use of washing powder? It goes after washing in our rivers cause tremendous damage to water living animals and human beings?
❤❤❤❤ good
Their products are cheap and affordable, so what safety are you expecting?
It's cost more to the factory when they have Accident whether its worker dies, eternal injury, sick or their machinary broken bc of mishandling. In civilized world they have safety measure bcs they work to make money not dying.
🇵🇰 Pakistan has the best manufacturing technology and hygiene qualities in the world.
You’re joking right?
@@lindamitchell-fox1926 I'm not joking, you can come to Pakistan and check it for yourself, if you somehow manage to survive and go back please tell it to your family and friends as well.

Detergent is needed to wash dirty clothes but in this I don't think so 🤣
😢😷😥😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷😷
everything is below standards
You gotta love the irony of this processing plant. They are making a product that no one in that stinky country ever uses.
Tired of live?
Im getting cancer just by watching this
This is going straight to Corporate HQ of Tide. This a clear copyright trademark infringement violation. Tide Corporate would laugh at this incredibly sloppy nasty pathetic "detergent powder". Call this nasty goopy mess 💩💩💩 whatever you want, but don't you dare label it as Tide.
if you use this to wash your clothes they will turn out more dirty than before
Haw mac 20kg ? $
