Foldable Tiger tank early/131, Version 2 print on Crealitys
STL- fab365.net/items/426
The first folding tank I designed, the Tiger, was a huge hit. However, it was the first time I made a tank with a folding design, so there was a bit of a disappointment. However, while designing several tanks, these parts were improved, and as a result, new tanks made with the improved design also gained popularity.
Numerous customers who have seen this have requested that the improvements be applied to the Tiger tank, the first folding tank, to be remade. In order to respond to that request, we have now created the Tiger tank version 2.0.
And this Foldable Tiger 2.0 version refers to Tiger 131, one of the previous models.
The difference between the previous Tiger tank version 2.0 and the previous version 1.0 is as follows.
1. The structure of the track has been changed to improve the design in a form much closer to reality. Compared to the previous 1.0 version, you will feel the huge difference.
2. I changed the way to print and fit the wheels separately. The wheel of version 1.0 had the advantage of being easy to print at once, but the shape was very different from the actual one. However, this time by allowing the wheels to be printed separately, it has been improved to be much more realistic.
3. A cleaner result can be obtained after completion by removing the front living hinge.
4. Improved to print and attach pipes/hoses separately on the back. These parts partially cover the parting lines, so a more complete result can be obtained.
I received a great response from the makers with my foldable design, so I was able to continuously develop foldable design techniques. So things that seemed impossible at first are now possible little by little, and 3D printing seems to be getting more fun and fun. According to your continuous response, I will make a better design and will not stay at version 2.0, but will develop to 3.0, 4.0, etc.
Thank you~
Please enjoy~

I can’t believe my luck, I just bought the old design for the Tiger and then the new version released hours later. Oh well, that’s life.
War thunder taught me one thing "skill issue"
damn lmao
That's a way of joy isn't it?
Acceptance.
Rip bro
Your design skills are unbelievable! Absolutely stunning work!
Thank you very much! Please enjoy~
amazing, it looks awesome. but i wonder. have you consider making the last pair of wheels attached to an axel so you can put a screw and add a little pressure to tension the caterpillar?
I had no idea abs/pla printers had developed to the point where snap-fit stuff was possible without serious risk of the tabs snapping away when the required force was applied.
It's still very possible to break the tabs if you're not patient/go to hard/don't have your printer and temps tuned properly. What was the last printer of that type that you've used?
@@Sean_735 I haven't. I've just been a casual observer of 3d printing tech's advancement, though part of that observation was of an older abs printer my dad tried to get working, and sometimes even did get working, but was generally an absolute pain with very thick layer lines.
Ich finde deine Videos/Modelle immer wieder Faszinierend. Würde gerne einen haben. Mit Farbe versehen, sehen die noch besser aus!
Finally a new tiger tank video! a big top no. 1 favorite tank!!
This is version 2.0. Please enjoy~
@@fab365_official looks so detailed and better than the old ones
Looks very Nice 👍
Thank you 👍 Please enjoy~
7:01 aaaaaaaaaw look at them they look like siblings small tiny little things very cool man
Very good enjoyed it a lot.
Thanks for enjoying video.
I waiting all my life... Thank you
You are welcome! Please enjoy~
The Tiger Tank looks absolutely beautiful and your skill is also excellent. Can you print 1/6 scale rifles or weapon?
Could you ask or vote on my request page please? fab365.net/requests Thank you~
Is there any details on the inside? For me that's the best part of the model
Beautiful ❤❤❤
Thanks for watching and comment~
This is a nice tiger H1 model the reason I say H1 instead of the name tiger is because the H1 is a version of the tiger an early version with a water cooled engine the tiger we often see is a tiger 1E a late war version which engine is not water cooled
Another build added to my list!
Thanks for watching! Please print and enjoy~
Bro I swear these people that don’t cut their nails
What is that flexible layer you are using? I have the one from creality but things don't pop off that easily!!!!!
Please check this ink. www.shop.fab365.net/energetic
Little trick let the base go cold
The old one looks arguably better in my opinion
The old one is also a design I worked hard on. In particular, the old one made earlier has the advantage of being simpler and easier to make.
@@fab365_official alright
@@fab365_officialwould it be possible to add suspension?
Excellent
Thanks for watching! Please enjoy!
Grey - 6/10 Brown - 8/10 👍🏻🎅👍🏻
What kind of glue is that being used?
excellent models, are they for sale?
That is KILLER KOOL!!!....is it like 1:35 scale? I'd have to reduce to 1:48 scale, as i like to build in O gauge for 28mm figs
If you print at a reduced scale, the gap between the parts will be reduced, so there is a risk that they will not move and stick together.
is cool, i am a miniature builder for the game table, not all gamers need a mini to roll or be able to fold out( that fold out/up thingy IS genius tho bro!!!)@@fab365_official
My wheels can move around and will fall of with a slight bit of force
Excente diseño, pero las orugas las veo muy gruesa, queda fuera de escala.
Very nice and detailed Tiger tank. There is only one issue. The runninggear is not correct. Please check some literature or footage. My english isn't good enough to explain it.
I know this tank is a bit different from the real thing. Due to limitations in the nozzle size (0.4mm) and layer thickness of desktop 3D printers, it is not possible to express them in great detail. Moreover, in order to make the track roll as the wheel rotates despite these limitations, some deformation was necessary.
@@fab365_official Overall it is a very nice and good looking tankmodel!. 😃
Awesome . I want to print
Thanks~ Print and enjoy~
The tracks are hugely oversized but the chassis and turret look great, I want one ☝️
This is tiger 131 it was used in the desert so the mounted bigger tracks
@@dinoman2545 You're kidding, right? Those tracks are ridiculously out of proportion compared to actual Tiger tracks; even if you count the wider tracks they don't look at all like these. In fact, the running gear is pretty much not accurate at all. Road wheels are paired, not single thick wheels and there is an inner, center, and outer set not two sets each side. If these are meant as toys that is one thing but they are not accurate depictions of any version of the Tiger I. Seriously, where are those idlers from?
Tiger 2/King tiger next?
Could you ask or vote on my request page please? fab365.net/requests Thank you~
Very good model and what is the scale ???
1 : 48 scale
Do you think you can give me the parameters of everything, it just doesn't work for me :(
💕👍
holy Tiger!
Please enjoy~
What 3D printer are you using?
Creality 3D printers, like Ender 3 pro, Ender 3 S1, CR10s pro.
@@fab365_official amazing work. I want to get into 3D printing, but scared of what to buy and the process. Will look at the printers and see if I can find any associated tutorials. Thank you.
i like tanks
Me too. Thanks for watching~

How I Can Rescale To 1/56?
I don't recommend print scale down.
@@fab365_official Why?
Tiger 131 1/24
Tank tiger 1
so tell me why my hand moved the mouse towards this video automatically.
what scale is this please 1/35 ?
The scale is written at the bottom of the description. Please confirm. Thank you~

Тигр 131
Yes. Please enjoy!
Α Canadair CL 215 Firefighting plane would be much appreciated worldwide...
Tracks are not the correct pattern.
Why not make it accurate though? If you're gonna glue stuff to it I mean.
I think that the selling point of this tank is it's easy assembly (maybe for wargaming or a durable desktop model). It's never going to compete with something like the detailed 1/48 scale Tamiya Tiger 1.
Paint them
I'm really bad at painting.
Nani
It is nice, but not authentic.
Fast model, but details nogo and not real!
🙄🙄🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂
😁😁😁
Looks like a simple toy, and not a model of a Tiger tank. Also, do something with those fingernails would ya.
How do you get that detail with fdm ?
Because I understand FDM 3D printers well and designed them accordingly. Please enjoy~
Only scale 1:48 or possible scale 1:35? How much is it?
You can print larger. Bigger is better!!! But I don't recommend print smaller. Please enjoy~
