  • I’m here after the fight and Robert Helenius can hold his head high. Yes he got caught out but he took the challenge like the proud warrior he is. At 39 after suffering two drastic knockouts within 10 months, now might be the time to assess his future; assuming he can afford to do so, he should consider hanging up the gloves now, he has a lot to stay healthy for.

  • Helenius was a pretty good force coming through the ranks but it did seem like he'd maxed out near that Top 20 zone losing the two or three higher-level big fights. Credit due, a bit of a comeback (Kownacki bouts) and then was just straight-up caught cold by Wilder. Nearing his 40th birthday I don't know if he can somehow mount some 'turn back time' challenge? He's got to find himself being 6 years ago AND not just his peak but really putting on his best peak performance? I believe. He really can summon up the lifetime of experience and make AJ work damn hard for a win. but seriously, someone needs to really zap him at the opening bell because the '2 or 3 rounds to warm up' can't happen. He's got to find a way to hear the opening bell and its GO TIME starting NOW.

    @jonathandewberry289@jonathandewberry2899 ай бұрын
    • He doesn't have a chance against AJ - AJ is athletic and fit as a fiddle. AJ has loses but that would of given him so much experience - he will box Helenius head off and ko him within 2 rounds

    • Helenius's growth got stunted because of his injuries, illnesses, and not continuing with great coaches. 2011-2013 - Helenius suffered at least 3 different injuries in his hand, his shoulder tendon snapped, as well as sprained ligaments and joint capsule in the right hand. 2013-2015 - Helenius got in to dispute with Sauerland because they had a seriously questionable contract they tried to lay on Helenius. 2017-2018 - Helenius suffered over a year from TWAR (Chlamydia pneumoniae) a type of pneumoniae before they found out what was wrong with it. On top of this, he hasn't had a top-level coach since 2014-2015.
