OK, that was all good, but is it good form for your pelvis to be lower than your knees at the bottom of that squat? Because I have osteoarthritis and bone spurs in my knees, so if I can preserve my knees in the squat, I'ma do that.

Those push-ups were way too wide. The woman in white is putting too much pressure on on her rotator cuffs.
I can do 7mins plank easily now , i guess i delevelop quite good strength now

Once you can hold for a minute it's time to move to something harder.

I’ve been there and there again, start from your knees or your arms on a table or couch. Take breaks, good luck I’ll need it too

You can work your way up to a full plank. Just start on your knees. You can do it
Modified planks are perfect for heavy people! Also a weighted hula hoop is fabulous, and fun gor your core.
