  • OK, that was all good, but is it good form for your pelvis to be lower than your knees at the bottom of that squat? Because I have osteoarthritis and bone spurs in my knees, so if I can preserve my knees in the squat, I'ma do that.

    • I’ve been there and there again, start from your knees or your arms on a table or couch. Take breaks, good luck I’ll need it too

    • You can work your way up to a full plank. Just start on your knees. You can do it

    • Modified planks are perfect for heavy people! Also a weighted hula hoop is fabulous, and fun gor your core.

  • You do not hold your hands in a plank!!!! You want to make a number 11 with your arms! You are putting lots of pressure on your shoulders when you hold your hands! As you was saying form is everything!
