I would fucking love it. Would be fucking awesome.
Winning silver would never feel so good
@@dakidwitdaz I once had to fight Mikkel Parlo in a white belt tournament ;) he beat my ass but damn it was fun, starstruck experience
"I'm gonna try and get even more submission wins from now on" Next fight: one punch knock-out.

GM3 must of heard that and thought hed be sweet hahaha circling The set up was here His blue belt ceremony thats why he brought it up at the press ......How are you black belt and I am only blue belt Im gonna smesh you hahaha
Hahahahaha
He is very humble, I'm really starting to like this guy.
I know right, he really cares about the homeless too. All the trash talk he has is only to sell the fight
Such a good guy. I'm on his train like it were a go-kart!!
@@irfanemail8526 He basically been homeless too. He lives in this gym in the video
No he's not. Not humble at all. You just havent watched the prefight / post fight interviews. He was VERY disrespectful to his last opponent. He talks a lot of shit for fighting nobodies
When it comes to fight he is a beast but outside the ring he is the most humble human I have ever seen .in humbleness a and nice behaviour he easily beat khabib too
When the blue belt can kick every black belts ass in the room
What is the definition of the word Every😐
@terrence samps BJJ black belts don't know how to strike. Khamzat would destroy them lol
@terrence samps lol only an idiot would say a pro UFC fighter like Khamzat can't beat up some random BJJ instructors
@terrence samps lol bjj black belts were getting destroyed by Khabib. It ain't all that
@terrence samps r u serious,or do you do like joe rogan does?!!if you know what I mean,or u can ask rampage Jackson!!😬🤭👍♥️
he is such a humble kid i hope he doesn't change when fame and fortunes come his way... i like him and khabib's humbleness

3 years for a full time athlete to get a blue belt. God damn coach RELAX. lol
That’s how it needs to be
@@nickdanis8659 I say extend that period to 50 years. Just to be sure.
Thats in GI jiu jitsu, in no-gi jiu jitsu hes probably at black belt level because of his wrestling background.
no wonder everyone leaves the gym lool
@@arazose-faktenschockierend157 atleast in bjj you have to earn your belt unlike some other martial arts where you can get a black belt in 3 years.
To all the people who say "belts don't mean crap". I see Chimaev being humble enough to receive his blue belt and being genuinely happy about it. I see Tyron Woodley or Tony Ferguson actually crying after receiving their black belts. These people are elite level MMA athletes, not some average KZhead commentators who supposedly sUBmiT eveRYoNE wiTH anY BElt. It tells me, those belts mean a lot to those who are actually good at what they do. I'd trust them more.
I don't think the belt matters but it does represent that your peers recognize the work you have put in. In that sense it does have some meaning but not directly related to your skill.
@@DanielTateNZ It really depends. Most of the decent school looks at it as a recognition to your skill. You can spend 20 years put a lot of work, but if you stay at the same level and your skills suck, you won't receive anything. Here is a quick overview by GSP's head/BJJ coach. kzhead.info/sun/iLyLo9ivm4xqeac/bejne.html
@@AbsoluteADCC Thanks Yeah I understand the concept of proficiency related to rank but there is an obvious problem that when you get older you can no longer perform in the same way so what do you do then? Do you take a black belt from someone or do you keep it to represent a milestone in your journey? I think it's more complicated than skill = rank.
Years and years of dedication and hard work. The link below shows how much hard work. (And this is a Gracie) Amazing to see the reaction and emotions wheter you become a blue, purple, brown, black or even a red belt 🙏 kzhead.info/sun/jbp-n6WXq5xuqnk/bejne.html
@@DanielTateNZ Totally get your point man. That's why if you look at BJJ tournaments, they are broken down by age groups and belt levels. 40 years old black belt will be competing against 40 years black belts, not young and brutal 25 years old guys =) But at the same time, that 40-50 year old black belt (if he is a legit one, not McDojo) will still handle most of the lower belts even the younger one. And again, there's an obvious difference between a practitioner who is professional athlete and does it for living, and just the guy who comes to the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours. I think you will see that everywhere where there is some sort of ranking system that stays with the person forever as he/she achieves it. It's like you can take both guys with CPA license who graduated with the same grades from the same school and obtained the license with the same passing score from the same board. But if one works full-time at a prestigious global accounting firm and another one works part-time at some 3 people firm, they will be on a different level. Even thought they both have the same designation/rank in a profession.
LoL Jack Hermansson is a white belt too. Matt Serra said “you're a pretty dangerous white belt."
@speaking truth that's alot of true stuff being said right there. I see why your name is what it is
@speaking truth i think it depends where you actually earn that black belt, some places are easier than others.
@speaking truth while what you said is true at some gyms, most gyms award belts based on skill, and if someone is destroying everyone at tournaments they will often get a new belt. But it is true that there are good grapplers who just haven't been graded in gi so they don't have a concrete belt.
That's a sandbagger right there!
Kamzat is also a huge sandbag
What a humble guy. Hope he wins a belt soon. Respect to him and his trainers.
How can one not like Borz! Humble, with good sense of humor, always smiling, dedicated to the sport and an amazing fighter. He will wreak havoc of the welterweight and middle weight divisions.
Whats crazy is that a Blue Belt is the most dangerous guy in the room lol
@terrence samps so who is more dangerous in that room than khamzat then?
@@AndreiThaFish probably terrence

Got my blue belt in a year. Cause my attendance and focus in this discipline are surreal. I take this very seriously LOL. But anyone can get it easily in a year.. 100% just need some good attendance and discipline.
So Simple, So Humble and So Amazing Fighter!!! Future (very soon) Champion!! FF
very humble I love this dude. genuine
First time seeing Khamzat so shy and humble
Congrats, Khamzat. I believe you will be champ one day. Big support from Cape Town and looking forward to your next fights.
wow i am standing up and clapping with the class felt like i was there GREAT VIBES i am a fan of KHAMZAT
It also took me 3 years to get my Blue belt. One of the most physically challenging things I ever had to do, but rewarding.
This coach made his whole speech about himself while giving out a belt 🤣
HUMBLE. All the way to the top!
He’s a purple belt now but it’s insane how only a blue belt or a purple belt is able to do in the cage
This goes to show you that belts are not everything
If wrestling would have belts like bjj, Khamzat would be 7th dan black belt or something
@@SamiXmetallpunk Doubt it. Maybe 2nd degree time wise.
@speaking truth Belts are the traditional martial arts side of it . They don't necessary define how physically good you are but your knowledge . My back ground is wrestling of over 20 years on national competitive level and nowadays in my 40s i still can control in a no gi session all kind of different level players .
Its a good thing to have on ur resume none the less.
This is a very extreme example though.
A real congrats . Stay on the journey champ🙏🙏💪
I love beautiful moments like these.
Awesome to see this!! He works very hard an has a great attitude!!!
He deserves that because he is the beast 💪❤️
very humble guy, well done.
What a humble human being man.
Just to be able to train with this fighter itself will be an honour. Those kids there will surely train harder so that they can live up to the standards set by khamzat. Dude is a living legend of that club.

He’s going to be one of the most loved fighters in the ufc no doubt
i like he do the proper way, n ot get the black belt just cos he is a fighter
Such a stoic response. 3 years. I enjoy training with you all. I will get more submissions now.
Seeing him with that white belt, Immediately blurted out "that's the scariest white belt I've ever seen" 😂
Congratulations Stay humble and keep kickn ass!
He needs a blue label after that! Well earned! He will be the next champion after Khabib ! USA 🇺🇸
That’s incredible. Congrats! This peaks my interest to join an mma gym!
Humble as yet inside this man is an absolute beast, what a legend
Humble, the Jiu-Jitsu way! Congrats!
It's not very humble when you walk around announcing to people "JUST LOOK AT HOW HUMBLE WE ARE".
Hamza Shukri oh, ok.
Very humble guy
Very Humble & dangerous!

Wow 👏 there are still moral men in the art of Martial arts. These moral teachers of the art of fighting have produced another great fighter ( BLUE belt ) on a spiritual journey of achieving excellence of one self and being a great role model to others for the next generation to come,,,,
Congratulations for the blue belt you r the champion the future one
He reminds me of Khabib.Seems like a really good guy.
Humble ...he will be champion
Imagine with me for a moment: Good Khabib retires and becomes a coach like his late father. Decides to take on evil Khabib (seen here) as his pupil. Total world annihilation.
He definitely ain't no blue belt mauling everyone like that...
Black belt in grappling if their was never one.

Khamzat is a good man
People get anxious about belts but 1) the basics are always the most important. The more time you spend practising them the better 2) You are exactly the same fighter you were before you got the new belt. The belt doesn't make you a better fighter.
he is nervous and nice guy as well.
Will never see him in class again
That is a hell of busy gym O.o
A blue belt by Alan Finfou is like 10 black belts
I am terrified at how the guy in the blue GI keeps his phone
