    • @@manny45629 i know that, but i'm 55 so for me it's all about maintaining that same structure and discipline through hard work, so that i can live a full and happy life in my down time. that's the meaning of life in my book. looking after the only two things you are brought into this world with, your mind and your body. khamzat is "suffering" so that he can be his best self when it's time to fight. but the message is essentially the same. put in the hard work and it will be it's own reward 👊

  • Man..... I love Khamzat, he's definitely one of my favourite fighters. I wish nothing but the best for this guy! When you get to see his true personality....he really shines. I've never met him yet but I can kinda sense the type of person he is. A lot of people around him mention that he has a big heart.     • He also got into a scuffle backstage, caused a scene at a couple of other events, disrespecting the fans, his employer, and his opponents by not only missing weight by a lot, but then not giving a shit, showing no remorse or even respect. I think he's a spoiled brat and a pain in the butt fir the ufc. He'll continue to get zero money and no fights till he pulls his head out of his arse and starts acting like a professional athlete (Although it didn't do Conor any harm in the beginning, but look at him now.     • Well he has to put on a show to sell fights. This is a private interview so he is being himself but when it's ufc official videos etc and it's game time you have to make some mess and controversy, we have to remember it is show business and it just sell the fights to make money. Those who can't hype up and gain notoriety and popularity will never make the money and UFC will also sideline them for more entertaining prospects. I think he should stick to his heel character
