POTATO ROLL SAMOSA | ALOO SAMOSA | EASY POTATO SNACKS | N’Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TBSP OIL
½ TSPN SALT
MIX WELL
1/3 CUP WATER(POUR GRADUALLY)
MAKE DOUGH
½ TSPN BLACK SEED
MIX
KEEP FOR 10 MIN.
2-3 BOILED POTATOES
GRATE POTATOES
½ TSPN CHILLI FLAKES
½ TSPN GARLIC POWDER
½ TSPN GINGER POWDER
½ TSPN CUMIN POWDER
1 TSPN GREEN CHILLI
2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
½ TSPN SALT
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
MIX WELL
RUB SOME OIL IN HAND
MAKE SHAPE
2 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP WATER
MIX WELL
TAKE SOME DOUGH
ROLL THIN
PLACE POTATO MIXTURE
