You should research on the health benefit of watermelon seeds so you won't say eewww to them. Watermelon comes with it own natural sweetness, the sugar content is too much

Yea the seeds are also very nutritious I always buy watermelons with the seeds so I can eat them but when it comes to watermelon juice I only put ice and lemon no sugar Bc the watermelon already has the natural sugar to make it taste just as good
