The most flavorful and tender cauliflower recipe! An easy to prepare dish that you will remember for a long time! Make this dinner recipe and your whole family will be happy! Simple and amazingly delicious! I just recently discovered this wonderful recipe! And now I'm enjoying this cauliflower for dinner! I have never eaten such delicious cauliflower! A simple and quick dinner recipe! Try it too! 😘

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
Fill with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Marinara sauce 2 teaspoons.
Red paprika 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Drain the water.
Greek Yogurt 250g / 8.81oz.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1 garlic.
Honey 1 tablespoon.
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 hot paprika.
Pine nuts 3 tablespoons.
Fry until done.
Parsley.
Top with Greek yogurt, then cauliflower.
Drizzle with tahini dressing (2 parts tahini, 1 part soy sauce, 3 parts water).

  • Fit for a King ! I made this last night I didn’t have half of the ingredients and it still turned out fantastic what a versatile platform this cauliflower is!! Yum! The combination of lemon, Greek yogurt and hot peppers, and a little bit of sweetness to tie it in is amazing

  • Yummy! This recipe can be done with reduced oil, or none in the marinade, nonfat or vegan yogurt, and every ingredient is absolutely healthy! I always find it interesting why people feel the need to say negative things. If you don’t want to make it, don’t. Go about your day.   • I am a whole food fan and prefer to prepare meals from scratch, and my pantry reflects that. The only 2 items I will have to go to the market fot are the cauliflower and the pepper. This is not "heat and serve", but there is nothing difficult about the recipe and it can certainly be tweaked for different health or flavour preferences. I am looking forward to giving this a go!

  • I don’t often stop on new cooking videos. I already have a team of chefs that I follow. However, this may be the most beautiful Arien dish I’ve ever seen in my life! The colors totally pop! I am an omnivore and admittedly, don’t like vegetables that much. Ha ha ha. But I am going to make this this week! It’s too beautiful, not to make! Thank you for bringing this to us!

  • This looks perfect. For a diabetic, skip the honey and replace it with a sugar substitute. Put it on a on a bed of spinach with the yogurt and a small piece of salmon. Beautiful. Filling meal

    • ​@corysinclair9148 Not if it is heated for frying. It converts quite rapidly to an oxidized cholesterol. Avocado oil is a stronger choice in this case IMO.

  • Ein sehr delikates Gericht. Ich habe es heute gekocht und es war eine Geschmacksexplosion. Die Marinade habe ich selbst zubereitet. ( Rezept aus dem Internet). Die Zwiebel -Nuss Mischung mit Peperoni scharf abgeschmeckt. So war es oben scharf und unten fruchtig. Die Tahini Sosse muss nicht sein. Danke für das tolle Rezept.

  • How did she make it "unhealthy " . There wasn't one unhealthy ingredient in the whole recipe. Not even the 1 tbps honey was enough to be a problem. Some people don't seem to know healthy food from unhealthy food.

    • Probably can. I was thinking same thing! Then can skip the steaming step at the beginning. Would be delish in the air fryer! Google air fryer cauliflower to get a rough time and temp setting.

    • I fill a 16 oz jar with raw cauliflower florets or broccoli or brussel sprouts, 2 tablespoons queso cheese sauce and microwave 99 seconds. Apple for dessert. Delicious fast healthy work lunch!

There is absolutely nothing quick or simple about something taking about 15 ingredients, 20 different steps and at least 2 bowls and 2 different pans to make. It's just false advertising. 😢 people who really need quick and simple would not have time for all this.

    • We must have been watching different videos. I saw nothing unhealthy in this recipe. Greek yogurt, loaded with protein. Olive oil, good for you. Veggies, no fat. If you're a diabetic, you could probably skip the 1tbsp of honey. So I don't see how this could be considered unhealthy.
