When Carl’s death was shown it got to me I felt he grow up with us and how was gone anger and such sadness hit me. I know this was just show but what a great show and how with time so manny best actors where killed off. I almost was not going to se the show after when they let us believe rich was dead and misbsion left the show left it. And it ended the session well I stoped seeing the show but now that there back to get her I can wait till I the or what’s left of the gang like kick ass gleans son Maggie, and can’t wait fir the episode where they and niegan get back again

As sad as it was to see him go, I gotta be brutally honest......I knew right from the start that Carl wasn't gonna make it to the end of this show simply because of the way they wrote his character. The kid was big on balls & short on brains. Just take a moment to think about all of the dumb $#!+ that Carl did as a kid that ALMOST got him killed. Especially playing around with that walker that was stuck in the mud. His luck was due to run out eventually, not trying to be mean....just telling it like it is

The Comic Version of Carl Grimes Was Different And Used His Brain More Which Is The Reason Why He Outlived Rick Grimes. While The Show Had The Realistic Version of a Young Kid Growing Up During The End of The WRLD Which Lead To Him Not Keeping a Lookout For Walkers In The Woods While On a Mission To Save a Survivor.

Imo It Picked Back Up In Season 9, One of The Only Reasonable Opinions To Dislike Season 9-Finale Is Because of The Missing Characters Such As Carl, Rick, Michonne, Jesus Etc

It only sucks because Andrew Lincoln left as a result. Chandler wasn’t convincing the second Carl turned from a youngster to an adolescent, honestly he had to go.

That’s not even close to the truth 😂 Andrew Lincoln himself said he was planning to leave the show sooner than he did but then he learned they were killing off Carl and actually stayed on the show longer for the fans since he knew losing Carl would be a huge deal.
