NO MORE TANGLED RIGS WITH THIS KNOT! T-Knot Tutorial

This fishing knot is very useful to help your line stay untangled in a high-low rig. Trust me when I say that this is a fishing knot you are going to want to know for the next season of fishing! The T-knot is used for attaching hook snood to the main snood of a rig. The knot is strong and looks pretty, it also creates a short stiff branch which is useful for preventing the hook snood from entangling with the main snood.

  • I never had a Dad to show me things but thank God for a great Mom that took me fishing. Cherish Every moment with your Dad while he is here and you'll have no regrets when he is gone. Be blessed and keep tight lines

  • I love how your dad says, " no, no you have to do it for yourself so you learn" then points out problems but keeps it in your hands. That is a 1st class dad teaching method, let you make mistakes and help you learn from them!

  • This makes me miss my dad greatly. He was a great angler and wanted to pass down his knowledge to me, but unfortunately I just wasnt interested as a kid and into my teens. Now that he's gone I regret every time I didnt go fishing with him. Now in my late 20's im finally into fishing and theres not a day that goes by that I wish I was fishing with my old man. Thank you for having your dad on the channel. Invite him more if you can. Nothing like an OG passing down knowledge to his son and sharing that with us. Truely, thank you.

    • Powerfully story! I'm 50 n my dad passed last summer! To this day I remember fishing adventures from when I was a lil kid! And I also rem so many lessons just like this, how to tie diff rigs, taking care of equipment, how to clean the fish we were gonna keep, proper handling of fish, etc etc! Sorry to hear of ur loss, but like Skipper said ur father is there with u now n so proud that u've picked up fishing! That part of him that liked fishing is in you n that part of him is u! So he will be with u 4ever! N that's what is amazing bout fishing, u r always learning n always a chance to make memories mentoring some1, doesn't have to be Father son , it can be ur friend , it can be some kids u see out fishing with 5/0 hook n a rubber worm 10" under a giant white n red bobber lol Teaching n passing on my knowledge has been some of my most memorable n rewarding experiences n if u do that in ur father's honor it's even better!

  • Great knots to keep the high - low rigs from tangling. Definitely give it a try next time out bottom fishing. I suspect it need to be pre-made before the trip because it need a lot of patient having the boat rocking will not help.

N now that I'm getting up there me saying to my son good try u almost got it right lol! But seriously the most important thing we can do as sportsman is pass down what we have learned to a new generation!
