I love how when your going up against Arceus they pull that trope where the opponent just appears behind the MC as the camera pans to the side and then Arceus looking at us like "Sup human didn't expect to see you here so soon"

I'm surprised that the Forces of Nature are in the Hisui region but this would make sense because this is ancient Sinnoh. For those that don't remember/know this, there's a cave in the Unova region called the Cave of Being and it's said to connect to the Sinnoh region (you can actually find the Lake Trio in B2W2). I wonder what GameFreak will do with Gen 5 remakes.
It also makes sense because they're inspired in the Four Gods that protect Japan's cardinal directions -The Azure Dragon of the East (Thundurus) -The Vermilion Bird of the South (Tornadus) -The White Tiger of the West (Landorus) -The Black Tortoise of the North (Enamorus)

Fun fact for select few: if you played HeartGold or SoulSilver, was lucky enough to get the special Arceus from Toysrus I believe, do the Sinjoh Ruins event, and witness that weird cutscene after you choose a legendary, if you pay close attention to the sigil that appeared on screen with Arceus during that scene, it's the exact same sigil on the ground when you face Arceus in PLA. Just a fun nod to funny and memorable event from gen 4

The forces of nature were such a pain to catch. It took me a decent amount of tries just to get them to battle me. Catching them was easy after that but still. Definitely feels good to be done with all that
Landorus wasn’t that bad. Tornadus was a bit harder but doable. Thundurus was easy. ENAMORUS, however… [I dry off my wet hair and roll my sleeves up, revealing multiple wounds from that pink SOB, along with scratches and bite marks from many other pokemon including an alpha Skuntank]
Fun fact legendaries have a higher catch rate than normal Pokémon

Would be cooler if Girantina was moving through the air, like the dragons of BotW, and had an actual portal somewhere, where it emerged from. Then you actually have to go or fly into distortion world to be able to catch him. Instead of just some cave waiting.
Originally Giratina was always found in turnback cave. The lore is that where the barrier between the real and distortion world is typically weakest so its frequently found there. I think a lot of people got spoiled on platinum and somehow don't know this from the original diamon and pearl

Giratina's shadowy liquid form is an intermediary between origin and altered fight as shown in the fight with volo.
I didn't know Dialga and Palkia had new forms or that their was another genie Pokémon. Avoiding being spoiled is hard. But I'm not mad.

Same. I was originally furious about accidentally spoiling myself. After getting a better look at things, nothing of value was lost. Well, except for the hisui starters. I still wish I could have kept that as a surprise.

I am one of few folks utterly stoked for the new forms of Dialga and Palkia! Hoping they are like Giratina Origin and change the mons Ability and Stats!

They become "marginally" better. Argument is that Dialga is arguably worse because speculation is that it has to hold an item to change like Giratina does, and if that's the case then it can't hold leftovers so there's no recovery. Palkia however gets much faster, so thats justifiable even if they have to hold the items.
@@Justic_ Spacial Rend gets its power and accuracy lowered, but it critical rate is increased a lot (Like 3 times more), Palkia also lost 20 points in attack to give it to its speed (Going from 100 to 120 in speed), Roar of Time gets an amount of power but with its accuracy lowered, Dialga give 20 points of its attack to its special defense.
@@bigchillin4216 I’m sure you already know anyway, but they don’t need to hold an item to change forms. You use it like you would an item instead, though it has to be before battle. There aren’t held items to my knowledge

Actually the funny thing is why Regigigas still has the ability slow start even though he hasnt slept for such a long time (the storytimeline is in the past). He should've been improved and given better ability here in pokemon legends. The same as arceus. Shouldve given another form or something

Arceus has the legend plate which lets him instantly transform into a resistant + supereffective type. I think thats plenty powerful

I think Regigigas has such a bad ability because of exhaustion. Since he moved all continents to their actual position, it got tired. Before going to slsep, he created the regis to look after what is supposed to be its responsability, one that can't answer to since he needs to rest. When his tremendous power is needed once again, he will awake due to the call of the regis, so the abiliy is because he hasn't recovered yet

But I don’t know about his origin: He was only created to move all the continents to their position, doesn’t sound like he was supposed to do this(I mean he is only normal type and no ground or something like that and tbh this job is more like a punishment). Honestly I really like this regigigas v arceus theory, because he has almost the identical colour scheme like arceus and is normal type AND created his own Regis like the god arceus created the Pokémon. I feel like they could have done so much more with Regigigas. All Regis resemble titans so they could put the Greek mythology aspect in their with fight of titans against the gods. Unfortunately we will never likely see a regigigas with his true power, because gamefreak ignores him…
@@LPFan regigigas is normal yes but it still has immense physical bulk and may even have magical powers allowing it to walk on water as moving continents isn't easy and is impossible to do standing on land so I think his slumber is to help regain all energy used which is probs why it's always found hidden in secret areas

Thank you so much for clarifying that all you have to do is CATCH all pokemon, and not grind away at getting research level 10. Seriously no one was covering this, only saying you had to "Complete the Pokedex".

As a side note: I found it's possible to get to Turnback Cave without the climbing machine (still haven't progressed to there yet) by abusing stantler: by jumping, dismounting, standing on slope and remounting again you can get to the top, but nothing will spawn in the cave. I think this is a sequence break but I'm not sure yet!
no it's not you can get there normally before giratina but nothing will be there I got there while exploring one time nothing was there

Forms still count as something new, including enamorous and its other form. Which of the two teams should you side with depending on which one you would like to face as a boss? (I would like to do the fight with Palkia in its new forme rather than Dialga).
Id assume choose adaman so dialga is a normal battle while palkia is the origin fight Edit: its confirmed to fight origin palkia you need to pick diamond clan

@@FallenAngel2k02 you do some side quests after getting the two to unlock their origin forms, Adaman is near Lake Valor (I think) and the Pearl girl is in the Snowlands in the Pearl Settlememt

Two seconds in, I read the text on the black screen. The word blockboard bounces around in my head, producing a cartoonish echo. What I read sets in, my mind zeroes in on one thought; 'they should make an open-world game similar to mystery dungeon where the story's told through missions, but you can take your character out into the open world and interact with docile NPC pokemon, aggressive enemy pokemon, maybe even get your butt handed to you by attacking a veteran NPC team and have the leader slap you for being a fool but you're too inexperienced and he's too strong so he knocks you out with a dope slap. Maybe an open-world recreation of the explorers games so that it's actual exploration? And each of the locations that get put on the destination list from the original DS titles is a waypoint that your friendly, neighborhood Alakazam can teleport you to after you've been there if you don't want to walk all the way again. Oh, and with TERA-style combat, where attacks have to be aimed and only miss if they're avoided or not properly aimed. Why don't more RPGs do that?

Alot of grass type pokemon are known for the healing plants thing. It's just not something we are used to seeing ingame... also I like to believe shaymin only heals gracidea flowers since it's associated with them. But I could also be wrong...

Actually that animation has been in the games since 3ds just rarely see it use that. I'd assume its signature move uses that animation or something. I use to have a shaymin and found it really cool

If you mean boss origin fight: Choose diamond clan (adaman) so dialga is a normal fight but Palkia is its origin battle Pearl clan - Normal Palkia fight - Origin Dialga fight

If you choose adaman to help you, you catch Dialga first, and battle Palkia in their Origin form If you choose Irida to help you instead, it's the other way around. Catch palkia first, fight Origin Dialga

(OFF TOPIC) Okay I think that i’m the only one that saw this but I believe in pokemon legends arceus, you can get shiny pokemon in the nursery at Jubilife but not be able to catch them. I saw a shiny starly. By talking to marie it resets the pokemon that are in the nursery and you can get shinies.
2 questions if anybody knows? 1. How do you increase legendary Pokémon dex entree if there is presumably only 1 of each 2. What’s enamorous lore any clue why it’s not present in the present timeline yet exists in the past
I know how you do the first question. When you catch a legendary and have it in the DeX, go to its entry and it will show you tasks you must complete to register it completely.
It and the other weather ledgendaries thunderous landerous and tornadus are based off of 4 gods of nature that all correspond to each other if I remember correctly. When the first three were added they never made the fourth so now they fixed it
Can we get the requests for the game save Pokémon is we make a game save after completing the game? Or do we have to make saves then start Arceus over entirely?

@@stefy7234 They won’t, they never change event requirements. Just go buy those games on sale or borrow them, you just need a save file which takes like 5 minutes to do.
I unlocked access to arceus yesterday, because I completed the Pokédex. I’m gonna catch the remaining mythicals I need first though which is manaphy, phione, and shaymin.

Quick question do you need both bdsp and swsh for darkrai and shaymin or only one of the games
i dont know if you have figured out the answer yet or not but you will need a save from bdsp and swsh if you want both of them but if you only have a save in swsh then you will only be able to get Shaymin and the same is in reverse with Darkrai only having a save of bdsp im currently having this problem only having sword and having no money to get bdsp which sucks.
You have to get Brilliant Diamond or Shiny Pearl and have a save file to unlock the Darkrai quest and get Sword or Shield and have a save file to unlock Shaymin quest as well.
Saving this for tomorrow (Edit): is this platinum we miss from brilliant diamonds and shiny pearl?
Bdsp was made by a different studio. I guess nintendo focused on legends arceus but a sinnoh remake need to be made
