  • Morning drink :- applecider vinegar with warm water or boiled jeera water Breakfast:- 2 boiled eggs or omelete /Paneer sandwich /Smoothie Mid morning:- green tea/ matcha tea or seasonal fruits Lunch:- kabab salad/ brown rice pulao or 200g brown rice with any sabji/ curry or 2 moong dal chilla with raita and salad Evening snack:- any tea without sugar and 30gms roasted makhana without salt or ajwain /jeera water and soaked nuts with green tea Dinner:- paneer kabab/ chicken kabab 150gms or any soup Bedtime drink:- 1 cup chamomile tea or jeera/ ajwain water Drink 2 -3 litres of water or any detox water through out the day.

  • Very simple, easy to follow plan. Please tell me can i take all the things in 6 hour bracket instead of spacing it over the day. Like taking one egg omelate along with lunch options and not taking breakfast. I am always a bit nauseous in the mornings so can't eat anything and end up eating a lot at lunch time. 😢😢
