Ok, so I just made these and they were super delicious and sweet even without jam or Nutella. They actually taste like Keiserschmann( a type of Austrian dessert). I followed the recipe step by step and the only difference is mine are not perfectly round.

Thank you for sharing. I tried these today and they came out delicious. From the quantity i got 9 single pieces, after combining them i had 4 pieces and one with no partner... I think i could have easily gotten 9-10 singles but i messed up some of the portioning and got too big pieces.

I can never get even colouring like that on any pancake I make but got pretty close with these this morning. The kids loved them (with the addition of bananas in tye middle)

Для моих русскоговорящих коллег-блинмейкеров: делал по рецепту, никаких заумностей, белки от желтков не отделял, все последовательно добавлял и перемешивал миксером. Сковородку на индукционке на пятерку из девяти поставил, первый блин комом, но Бабуля говорила, что тесто чувствует эмоции, поэтому не расстроился и соскреб неудачу со сковородки. Совсем без масла не получилось, маленький кубик сливочного масла растопил, после этого пошло на ура. За 1 минуту не получилось, все тесто выжаривал минут 40, но когда вошёл в поток, даже перестал за временем следить. На радостях всем знакомым начал сбрасывать фото и видео блинов, всем родственникам. Все в ответ пишут «Умничка! Хозяин!». Хочется всему свету свои чудесные блины продемонстрировать. А они действительно чудесные получились. И такого же цвета. И на вкус - обалденные. Рецепт дельный, советую в выходной день пробовать, когда никуда спешить не надо и сам ты с утра не сильно голоден. Тогда на расслабоне все пойдёт и результат оправдает затраченное время. Всем любви и панкейков ❤️
