  • 1. Work out 2. Dress Better (Good fit) 3. Style your hair (Do not buy cheap styling products, stick to high-quality cream or paste) 4. Grooming habits. (Keep your nails cleaned and trimmed!) 5. Looking good from the inside out (drinks lots of water and eat well. Reduce and minimize processed foods) 6. Get enough sleep 7. Protect and correct your skin (Clean, Moisturize and exfoliate your face) 8. Fix your posture! Stand up straight. 9. The devil is in the details. (watch, pocket square, scarf etc.)

    • It’s a nice cope but reality is there’s plenty of unattractive guys out there regardless if you been working for a while. I been in the gym for almost 7 years and I seen girls in the gym that don’t even notice the guys who’s in good shape and well groom. The thing is they don’t find their face attractive. But regardless you gotta do whatever to looksmaxx and that’s a positive thing to do

So for girl hitting gym regularly, being fit and athletic isn't anything extraordinary, it's their entrance criteria if means anything, the starting bar. So they focus more on other things, like face you've mentioned.

  • Working out can also help fix posture. Wear clothes that fit your figure to make a sort of combo between staying in shape and fashionably emphasizing that new shape too. Also, stoicism is attractive in men. Not having emotion isn’t stoicism. Stoicism is intelligently channeling and controlling emotion to strive for the best outcome and the most stable life.

    • I hear ya - Just some bird! Great tips - by Courtney! And speaking of facial hair… If you’re a dude (and you’re able to grow a beard - Lol), and you want to start attracting women to no end - grow a heavy stubble. If you’re used to shaving your beard every day, just let it grow for 10 days, and see what happens. I bet you’ll start getting some compliments, because women see this as a sign of maturity, masculinity, and not to mention - dominance. And you know how women feel about dominant men! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

  • This is all so true haha! And works for women too! Working out makes you feel better and more relaxed in your body so you start feeling that confidence before you see the physical changes. For clothing, a friend gave me the idea of looking at some of my favorite celebrities' casual outfits for inspiration. The best part is that these are all affordable things you can do so there's really no excuse

  • As I’ve said before, the information and knowledge you present is so greatly appreciated. Us noob-ish guys truly appreciate it. It’s extremely valuable to us because it is alarmingly rarely ever taught to us. What’s even greater, is the fact that you put emphasis on genuine authenticity, rather than a frivolous manipulative tactic that actually causes more damage. These days, that’s like putting diamonds on the cake; screw icing. Your mentality is so scarcely valuable and so desperately needed for all men and women. Not trying to butter your biscuit; we are truly grateful.

Working out has allowed me to 1) lose weight and have a fit body, 2) live a healthier life because I focus on my diet because I don’t want to be obese again, 3) feel confident in myself that I was able to physically change, 4) have better luck with the ladies, 5) make new connections with others experiencing what I went through and giving them tips and motivation, 6) not only feeling better about my appearance but actually looking better. I don’t have a double chin, man boobs, beer belly, etc anymore. Those are just major benefits for me personally. I could go on and on and on. • Everything she said is true.. but one thing not mentioned which kind of covers all of these points - get your life in order. Whether through a job or career - save money. Acquire an asset or assets if you can manage, and at the very least do NOT live above your means. That is not easy.. in fact for most guys it will be the most difficult goal to achieve. But strive for it. You develop a mental strength that you might not have right now.. and that exudes confidence without trying. If you can do that - and polish yourself up with Courtney's advice - the interest you will see from girls will be unrecognizable from before.

I am much more confident and I find women approaching me/actually wanting to interact with me on a daily basis. Last week I even mustered up enough courage to approach a girl/got her number at a bar which I've never done before. • Workout and fitting clothes (plus hairstyle) are really the #1 tips even if it feels superficial (first impression is always superficial). I'm quite muscular but I don't really care about perfect body fat percentage (viking shape; muscular body and fit but no sixpack/fitness model physique). When it comes to my hair I'm quite simple, I wear my hair and my beard long and wild but always as neat and tidy as possible (yeah, women really love to comb through your hair with their fingers a lot). Same for my clothes, I literally don't give a fuck about fashion, it just have to fit me, I have to be comfortable with it and it must be clean (+smelling good). Which leads to the most important thing of them all -> you have to be self-confident (don't try to be something you aren't, be yourself in the best way possible), like yourself (not in a narcissistic way) and you will be fine. Women are attracted to self-confident, somewhat good looking men (you are probably in that category if you take care of yourself).

  • For years I was so anti stubble and beards. The few times I’d not shave for two or three days girls would always say they liked my stubble. I didn’t think too much of it as I always preferred being clean shaven and thought it accentuated my jaw line. A girl I dated in 2018 said she thought I’d suit a beard, so I grew it for a laugh. The comments from friends, family, work associates was very positive, so I’ve never looked back, although I tend to let it grow for 2-3 weeks, then shave it off to very slight stubble and just let it grow again, so I sport everything from stubble to a full beard now.

Dress Well - I wear the bad boy Goth, Emo look and I am hippie full on but I don’t dress like one. 3. Hair Product - I style my hair with it going straight up which gives it a punk like look. Then I have a few earrings in both of my ears and dye my hair too. 4. Grooming - I keep up on my grooming I clips my nails, teeth, floss, check ear for earwax, and nose hairs much harder to work on because it’s painful but eventually I will have to deal with it especially since I’ve been through tattoo needles and all that. • About working out if you start from zero: You can start of by little. Do 1 (one) push up every day. You can slowly increase it to as many as you can, but just start the habit of doing it daily. And no, you do not need to do 1000 pushups daily at one point (unless you can, and if you do, I am super proud of you, my man!). The goal is to cheat your brain into making a habit of you doing something physical and once you are in the habit of it, you will miss the feeling of doing it and you want to keep doing it. Same with going to gym, you do not need to push yourself to breaking point every time you are there. You do not need to be there for 2 hours sweating the whole time. Just go there and for example read the news, walk for 5min in treadmill, do one pullup and then leave. As long as you make habit of going to the gym, you are taking HUGE steps towards the right direction. You will start to get habit of working out more and more, and once you get over the "ugh I NEED to go to the gym" mindset and it changes into "Yay! I CAN go to the gym!" you will start seeing results of you doing the hard work. Remember, you wont lose weight in 1 week of going to gym, you wont notice your muscles growing from Napoleon Dynamite into Schwarzenegger by just doing that 1 pushup for one week, but you will see small changes. Your posture will be better, you stand taller, your step will be more firm and more upbeat. You will slowly, but surely, see little changes and let those small victories push you towards even greater things! You can do this because I believe you! And of course remember to rest and eat well, you do not need to stop eating pizza or burgers, but just dont have them for every meal :D Reward yourself once in a while, you have deserved it!

  • You are right Courtney, with a just about anything a man needs to dress well can be found at Kohl’s. Yes, fit is crucial. I am a slim trim 5’8” man and finding dress shirts with sleeves that are the right length is very difficult so I just take mine straight to my friend Jennifer who does alterations. If you have female friends too I can almost guarantee they know someone who does them. I do without tie bars and think they cut the continuity of the height of the person, especially if he’s on the short side.

    @masonparker302@masonparker3022 жыл бұрын
    • If you don't want to use a tie bar (or "clasp"), I'd recommend a tie tac. It doesn't have to be visible (attach it to the "keeper loop" on the backside, where you're supposed to tuck the "tail" of the tie). Having a tie flopping about, especially on a windy day (and having it fly over your shoulder or into your date's face), or falling into something when you bend over... has always looked messy and lacks class.

  • Honestly hair is something I've struggled with for ages. Pretty much every single popular hairstyle is an type of up-spike, or whatever you call it, of some kind and I just...really don't think that would look good on me. My hair is naturally quite thick and soft so I know it has potential but I'm just not sure what to do with it. My last haircut I got kind of a subtle fade on the side to tidy it up and a quite a neat fringe which I thought worked quite well but I can never seem to get it looking like it did before. All I really do it just comb it so it's neater with a lil bit of wax to make it stick I thought it looked alright but it's hard to know for certain, especially with all the most attractive hairstyles you always list being the complete opposite of mine

  • Courtney about a week ago I discovered your channel and so far I have to say I enjoy your content it’s very informational but one thing makes me wonder One of the things you say in your videos as far as what’s attractive to women is a man that is driven has goals ambitions and I totally understand what that means but it begs me to wonder how mine fares to what you’re talking about I mean everybody has their own goals but I’m just wondering about mine. To understand my goals I believe it’s first important to understand my upbringing I grew up in a low income family so I basically had parents who worked their ass off for not very much and on top of that me personally I spent the majority of my childhood and early teen years with mental health struggles and have been in and out of mental health hospitals to prove it at that time in my life and then after I graduated from high school I lived in my mothers basement for six years and then moved out to where I live presently on the tenant side of my fathers duplex and then in August 2019 after a number of years of back-and-forth with working part time jobs and living off Social Security disability and government health care benefits I decided to sacrifice all that and pursue full-time employment and I got my first full-time job in January 2020 and I’ve been there ever since and I have absolutely no regrets. At the present moment my goals in life are pretty simple and straightforward and those are I wish to live a happy, healthy, comfortable, and successful life I want to be as successful as I can get as well as be the best me possible while at the same time securing more and more independence for myself with each passing day and also I don’t wanna be rich I don’t wanna be poor I just want to live comfortably part of me hopes that those goals are valid and worthy according to your definition according to my definition though all those goals that I just laid out are definitely worthy and admirable but I just want your take on it.

  • As a former stylist/outfitter for young men, I’d say never let a gal steer the wheel. Only allow a man to cut/groom your hair. A woman will make you look like a kid getting dropped off to soccer practice. Clothes? Boots are for kicking, sneaks are for running, you’ve your own favorite colors but you’ve got to test all combinations in the mirror. The best answer will always be obvious, natural and comfortable. Take a cheap chance at the thrift store. Once a combo feels right, own it and keep your chin up

  • Tip number 10: Be fun to talk to. Be funny. Sociable. Complimentary. Pay attention. Be honest and open. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a guy who isn't especially attractive physically, but who has a very attractive girlfriend because he's really funny or charismatic. And also, status is attractive. It's less important when you're young and women aren't necessarily looking for a husband, but as you get a little older, what kind of job you have becomes an important factor. And it's not about how much money you have (though that's a good indicator) it's about your ability to create value. To create opportunity. To be successful in any situation.
