I was hoping there was a magic spell.
It’s almost like I do all this and I’m getting no results. No matter my efforts the answer is the same. Anyone here believe in fate?
It's not worthy it.
Attractiveness is 80%- 90% basic maintenance. Have a good diet, sleep well, exercise regularly, and take care of basic grooming and you will be ahead of the game. This applies to women too.
I’m growing old disgracefully who gives a fuck
It’s a nice cope but reality is there’s plenty of unattractive guys out there regardless if you been working for a while. I been in the gym for almost 7 years and I seen girls in the gym that don’t even notice the guys who’s in good shape and well groom. The thing is they don’t find their face attractive. But regardless you gotta do whatever to looksmaxx and that’s a positive thing to do
Attractiveness is 80% genetics
or just born handsome
@@theworldisimmense Maybe because people adapt and get used to things, they are regularly exposed to. So for girl hitting gym regularly, being fit and athletic isn't anything extraordinary, it's their entrance criteria if means anything, the starting bar. So they focus more on other things, like face you've mentioned.
Working out can also help fix posture. Wear clothes that fit your figure to make a sort of combo between staying in shape and fashionably emphasizing that new shape too. Also, stoicism is attractive in men. Not having emotion isn’t stoicism. Stoicism is intelligently channeling and controlling emotion to strive for the best outcome and the most stable life.
🙌🏼
I like the emphasis on the philosophy of stoicism, I personally found the book Meditations by Marcus Aurelius to be my favorite on the topic
Totally ratio, Spiritual life is as necessary as take care our bodies, cuz without that stuffs, we are like a balloon when you hit it strong way blow.
depends whether youre on gen 1 or gen 2.
I hear ya - Just some bird! Great tips - by Courtney! And speaking of facial hair… If you’re a dude (and you’re able to grow a beard - Lol), and you want to start attracting women to no end - grow a heavy stubble. If you’re used to shaving your beard every day, just let it grow for 10 days, and see what happens. I bet you’ll start getting some compliments, because women see this as a sign of maturity, masculinity, and not to mention - dominance. And you know how women feel about dominant men! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips
Gentlemen…….Courtney is 100% right about the gym. Last year I was 235lbs………fast forward to day I’m 175-180lbs. Defined my arms, chest and jawline a lot in the last year and it’s helped a lot.
Woohoo! So happy for you 🙌🏼
Well done!
But you're not a good judge for the advice because you went from obese to a regular weight. Most people are trying to go from regular to muscular. Your difference came from losing weight not becoming "fit".
Did you do all of this to be healthy, or to have girls like you?
I was in the same place as you. Man I know the same struggles you endured but it was all worth it for the end result. Keep on grinding man 💪🔥
The part about going the gym is so true, it can be a good benefit to a lot of things, you look better, feel better in your clothes, confidence boost, and can help you mentally 🙌
This is all so true haha! And works for women too! Working out makes you feel better and more relaxed in your body so you start feeling that confidence before you see the physical changes. For clothing, a friend gave me the idea of looking at some of my favorite celebrities' casual outfits for inspiration. The best part is that these are all affordable things you can do so there's really no excuse
You really are a beautiful person, both inside and out! I really appreciate the honesty and the calm vibes you give, and it’s really refreshing to see a dating coach on KZhead that is truthful!
As I’ve said before, the information and knowledge you present is so greatly appreciated. Us noob-ish guys truly appreciate it. It’s extremely valuable to us because it is alarmingly rarely ever taught to us. What’s even greater, is the fact that you put emphasis on genuine authenticity, rather than a frivolous manipulative tactic that actually causes more damage. These days, that’s like putting diamonds on the cake; screw icing. Your mentality is so scarcely valuable and so desperately needed for all men and women. Not trying to butter your biscuit; we are truly grateful.
Hey Court, love your vids and you’re a huge inspiration for me to become the best version of myself. I really appreciate the effort you put in !
I’m so glad to hear it! Thanks for being here, Michael! 🥰
I've been working out alot lately thanks to your advice and I'm starting to see my jawline development. Thanks Courtney
I completely agree with working out. I’ve been building my body up since I graduated from high school in 2017. Probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Clothes look a lot better on me now because they show off the work I’ve put in the gym. If you’re a guy who hasn’t been in the gym, start! People definitely notice a guy who hits the gym and it’s attractive to women even if they deny it 😅
🙌🏼 love this. Thanks for sharing!
Great video! Actually love the fact that you said workout as number one... fresh out the box...pull no punches, and huge impact for all men. Great stuff. Have a great weekend!
🙌🏼 thanks Eric!
@@CourtneyRyan You’re welcome!
Yes! Cannot stress enough how important skincare is! One of the many benefits of growing up with a sister I'm close with and other gapals is they always encouraged me to stay on top of my skincare!
I just posted a video about my skincare routine. Not sure if it's working hopefully I'll be able to tell in a month
Hey Courtney! Your channel has been an absolute godsend for my life. I’ve been having terrible luck with dating lately and I really appreciate your insight and honesty about what women want. I’ve been binge watching a bunch of your videos and trying to form new habits of self-improvement. It’s not easy but just trying to take it one step at a time!
You got it 🙌🏼 so glad you’re here!
Great list! Not the first time I've heard you say "look good feel good." I had that mantra running through my mind a few days ago. Got up, got cleaned up, put on one of my favorite outfits, and I was able to power through a bunch of stuff around the house which had more benefits when my wife came home from work that night.
Heck yeah! You get it 🙌🏼
Beautiful inside and out Courtney thank you so much for posting these videos ❤
Working out is life changing. It brings so many benefits 🔥💪
Yes! 🙌🏼
@@CourtneyRyan I agree with all the reasons you listed Courtney. I have been incorporating the majority of these this year and have not only found success with being more noticeable but most importantly feeling more confident with myself
Really? I was REALLY fit during my obligatory military service. I was able to walk 5okm without any problem. That was really nice. But I can't think of any other benefit
@@fischersfritz468 I became obese during the pandemic. I weighed 214 pounds with 30% body fat but now I weigh 149 pounds with 14.9% body fat. Working out has allowed me to 1) lose weight and have a fit body, 2) live a healthier life because I focus on my diet because I don’t want to be obese again, 3) feel confident in myself that I was able to physically change, 4) have better luck with the ladies, 5) make new connections with others experiencing what I went through and giving them tips and motivation, 6) not only feeling better about my appearance but actually looking better. I don’t have a double chin, man boobs, beer belly, etc anymore. Those are just major benefits for me personally. I could go on and on and on. I know other people are different and might not relate to me but I still respect your opinion
Everything she said is true.. but one thing not mentioned which kind of covers all of these points - get your life in order. Whether through a job or career - save money. Acquire an asset or assets if you can manage, and at the very least do NOT live above your means. That is not easy.. in fact for most guys it will be the most difficult goal to achieve. But strive for it. You develop a mental strength that you might not have right now.. and that exudes confidence without trying. If you can do that - and polish yourself up with Courtney's advice - the interest you will see from girls will be unrecognizable from before.
Thanks for all these videos, Courtney. I was binge watching some right before you uploaded this too. I'm literally jotting them all down on my phone's notepad. Time to schedule everyday, and get into action.
This is amazing! Love it. Thanks for being here and for supporting my channel 🙌🏼
It's so refreshing to find a channel that tells it like it actually is. That doesn't just say "You're perfect the way you are!" The truth can sometimes be difficult, but it's what's needed.
Great tips! Definitely workout. Not just for aesthetics but to be the healthiest version of yourself.
Thank you Courts, I've tried working out but just makes me more miserable and in more in pain but still try to be active. Again A HUGE THANK YOU

I feel like it's important to say that a good and controlled diet is even more important than working out, especially if aesthetics are your goal!

Ms Ryan always comes up with some excellent yet simple advice to follow.
Even if you think you’re a 1/10, 10 X 1 is still 10 😤
Nice Video , thanks courtney !
This was a great video. I agree with these suggestions. In fact I follow them all. 😊
Thank you Courtney! Great content
I agree with the water idea a lot, one habit I suggest to all people is let a glass of water be the first thing you consume daily it. I took this from a video that was about Japan I believe and even at 28 people assume I'm as young as 18-26ish. Plus you just feel so good.
Thanks for the video, Courtney. I have a baby face, but instead of rocking out my facial hair, I just grow my hair out, like medium to longer length. This is because my facial hair takes a long time to grow, and only on the moustache and chin areas. Also last time I went for a short haircut, I went from looking 24 to 19
Good point. Body language can be important because slouching and head down, can appear as a person isn't confident. If a person isn't confident in themselves or believe in themselves, who's going to believe in them. How you carry yourself is so important in how others can perceive you.
your slouching and you have your head down therefore you aren't confident I'm confused what about slouching and having your head down makes you not confident
Courtney, I have to second the working out piece. During the pandemic I went from about 240lbs to 165lbs and I have seen drastic results when it comes to women. I am much more confident and I find women approaching me/actually wanting to interact with me on a daily basis. Last week I even mustered up enough courage to approach a girl/got her number at a bar which I've never done before. I wish I would have done this for myself earlier as I'm getting old at 32 but I at least hopeful in the romance department now.
You are not getting old at 32, you are just hitting your peak smv. Check out Rich Cooper and Rollo Tomassi.
Congrats man! The best part is that you now have inconvertible proof that you has the power to do it as is the same with other difficult things in life
@@paulds65 LUL, Rich Coper? Give me a break!
Working out and getting lean through nutrition both changed my life completely… That’s usually where self-improvement starts because you can see relatively fast results. My dating life, social life, confidence, energy levels, and work productivity all improved from prioritizing them. HIT THE GYM AND LOSE SOME WEIGHT.
You are so right with what you are saying love your videos. Especially when a guy is wearing a sport coat or a suit. My suits are older and we're back here when that was in style I had all of them retailered and I had people comment to me that I look like I've lost weight and I look wonderful it is amazing how it impacts your look to others
Thanks, this is a very informative video and I will follow many of these recommendations. I am looking at a local gym membership and working on personal growth and style, this is perfect.
yesss i would love some skin care videos from you!
yo!!! I am the type of dude who values myself not in an egoistic way but I am massive for better mental men's health. Courtney speaks the truth
Love your videos. I do it all . Love listening to your videos ❤️
You’re sweet keep up it up.
Workout and fitting clothes (plus hairstyle) are really the #1 tips even if it feels superficial (first impression is always superficial). I'm quite muscular but I don't really care about perfect body fat percentage (viking shape; muscular body and fit but no sixpack/fitness model physique). When it comes to my hair I'm quite simple, I wear my hair and my beard long and wild but always as neat and tidy as possible (yeah, women really love to comb through your hair with their fingers a lot). Same for my clothes, I literally don't give a fuck about fashion, it just have to fit me, I have to be comfortable with it and it must be clean (+smelling good). Which leads to the most important thing of them all -> you have to be self-confident (don't try to be something you aren't, be yourself in the best way possible), like yourself (not in a narcissistic way) and you will be fine. Women are attracted to self-confident, somewhat good looking men (you are probably in that category if you take care of yourself).
I never neglect working out. And I get compliments from people telling me I look good. 😊
It’s all about the little things. 😎 After all they end up being big things in the end. 💙 Great content.
Your video's background music... it makes me feel good. Feeling good makes me feel and appear attractive!

Thank you big sister Courtney, for this great advice!!!🙂👍

Solid list. Another great one that may be pricey for some is teeth alignment. If you can get invisalign, that's even better. People don't like hearing this because it's expensive, but it's a valid point to mention.
🙌🏼 taking care of your smile is definitely important!
I know Ohio weather especially Cleveland is bipolar but I’m really looking forward to the spring fashion/style videos… even if i’m still wearing my winter coat right now

Courtney, you are godsend. Thanks for the tips.
Really enjoying ur content Courtney all the way from New Zealand. I can't grow a 5 o'clock shaded beard but seem to do fine with clean shaven with a respectable black shirt and whitish caramel colored pants and shiny black boots.
You got it 💯
Great advice for both men and women.
Great job mentioning visiting a dermatologist if you’re having issues with your skin/acne. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to go, skin changes cannot be fixed overnight. You’ll feel so much better when you see the results too
Absolutely!
It's costly isn't it.
I recommend using Accutane. It’s a strong med but helps purge the face of clogged pores. Helped me out with mine. The scars remain, but only a few breakouts since last year.
I don't care too much about the attractive videos, but i am going to have to sub because i like your honesty on both genders. That ghosting video help me not worry too much about a girl i like. thanks a lot!
Thx 🙏 sister appreciate all your very positive videos
Alex would be Happy to see This!
All good ideas. Thanks.
Yes this is pretty much common knowledge. I work out to keep my body fit have big arms which I need for armwrestling. I have clothes that fit snug to my body so my muscles stand out more. I buy good colognes to smell good with all this. This gets me the attention I need to get my foot in the door then its my game that takes over.
I appreciate your videos Courtney. I always have a visible jaw line, even when I get stressed and eat a box of dunkin' donuts
The hair styling is always a struggle with thicker hair like mine. One that helped was lime juice in the hair.
For years I was so anti stubble and beards. The few times I’d not shave for two or three days girls would always say they liked my stubble. I didn’t think too much of it as I always preferred being clean shaven and thought it accentuated my jaw line. A girl I dated in 2018 said she thought I’d suit a beard, so I grew it for a laugh. The comments from friends, family, work associates was very positive, so I’ve never looked back, although I tend to let it grow for 2-3 weeks, then shave it off to very slight stubble and just let it grow again, so I sport everything from stubble to a full beard now.
1. Workout - I do a lot of that I bike everyday & losing weight which is good and drinking enough water throughout my exercises then chill out and then relax after done and I also feel better now than I used too. 2. Dress Well - I wear the bad boy Goth, Emo look and I am hippie full on but I don’t dress like one. 3. Hair Product - I style my hair with it going straight up which gives it a punk like look. Then I have a few earrings in both of my ears and dye my hair too. 4. Grooming - I keep up on my grooming I clips my nails, teeth, floss, check ear for earwax, and nose hairs much harder to work on because it’s painful but eventually I will have to deal with it especially since I’ve been through tattoo needles and all that. I make sure to do my eyebrows too and fix them to correct them and look good. 5.
This is a great video! Very useful for guys.
Thank you! 🙌🏼
About working out if you start from zero: You can start of by little. Do 1 (one) push up every day. You can slowly increase it to as many as you can, but just start the habit of doing it daily. And no, you do not need to do 1000 pushups daily at one point (unless you can, and if you do, I am super proud of you, my man!). The goal is to cheat your brain into making a habit of you doing something physical and once you are in the habit of it, you will miss the feeling of doing it and you want to keep doing it. Same with going to gym, you do not need to push yourself to breaking point every time you are there. You do not need to be there for 2 hours sweating the whole time. Just go there and for example read the news, walk for 5min in treadmill, do one pullup and then leave. As long as you make habit of going to the gym, you are taking HUGE steps towards the right direction. You will start to get habit of working out more and more, and once you get over the "ugh I NEED to go to the gym" mindset and it changes into "Yay! I CAN go to the gym!" you will start seeing results of you doing the hard work. Remember, you wont lose weight in 1 week of going to gym, you wont notice your muscles growing from Napoleon Dynamite into Schwarzenegger by just doing that 1 pushup for one week, but you will see small changes. Your posture will be better, you stand taller, your step will be more firm and more upbeat. You will slowly, but surely, see little changes and let those small victories push you towards even greater things! You can do this because I believe you! And of course remember to rest and eat well, you do not need to stop eating pizza or burgers, but just dont have them for every meal :D Reward yourself once in a while, you have deserved it!
Thoughts on using Coconut Oil for hair? Or other natural remedies?
AWESOME ! THANKS !
Good video Courtney 😊
Right! Rightz!!
You are right Courtney, with a just about anything a man needs to dress well can be found at Kohl’s. Yes, fit is crucial. I am a slim trim 5’8” man and finding dress shirts with sleeves that are the right length is very difficult so I just take mine straight to my friend Jennifer who does alterations. If you have female friends too I can almost guarantee they know someone who does them. I do without tie bars and think they cut the continuity of the height of the person, especially if he’s on the short side.
If you don't want to use a tie bar (or "clasp"), I'd recommend a tie tac. It doesn't have to be visible (attach it to the "keeper loop" on the backside, where you're supposed to tuck the "tail" of the tie). Having a tie flopping about, especially on a windy day (and having it fly over your shoulder or into your date's face), or falling into something when you bend over... has always looked messy and lacks class.
@@tdrive398 Thanks, I had not thought of that potential outdoors problem. Maybe a tiny one with a little jewel in it that matches the color of the tie? Visible metal of course matching the watch and belt buckle metals.
@@masonparker302 Lots of options. Remember, it doesn't have to be visible- just functional.

most styling hair products have beeswax and other oily stuff..like crew pomade . I found a new hack. Body lotion and 3 drops or argon oil or i've been using Sandalwood "every man Jack" beard oil for fragrance, just three squirts and a quarter amount of lotion. it gives your hair weight and not sticky, smells awesome. compliments 👍
The Nose hair is a common one that gets overlooked, it REALLY sneaks up on you if you're not paying attention 😆
3. "Style your hair" You're breaking my bald heart here, Courtney.
Honestly hair is something I've struggled with for ages. Pretty much every single popular hairstyle is an type of up-spike, or whatever you call it, of some kind and I just...really don't think that would look good on me. My hair is naturally quite thick and soft so I know it has potential but I'm just not sure what to do with it. My last haircut I got kind of a subtle fade on the side to tidy it up and a quite a neat fringe which I thought worked quite well but I can never seem to get it looking like it did before. All I really do it just comb it so it's neater with a lil bit of wax to make it stick I thought it looked alright but it's hard to know for certain, especially with all the most attractive hairstyles you always list being the complete opposite of mine
Feel free to shoot me a message on Instagram and I can try to help! It’s hard to offer my advice here without seeing your hair 😂
@@CourtneyRyan lmao yeah it was hard enough trying to describe it! I will do thanks a lot!

Courtney about a week ago I discovered your channel and so far I have to say I enjoy your content it’s very informational but one thing makes me wonder One of the things you say in your videos as far as what’s attractive to women is a man that is driven has goals ambitions and I totally understand what that means but it begs me to wonder how mine fares to what you’re talking about I mean everybody has their own goals but I’m just wondering about mine. To understand my goals I believe it’s first important to understand my upbringing I grew up in a low income family so I basically had parents who worked their ass off for not very much and on top of that me personally I spent the majority of my childhood and early teen years with mental health struggles and have been in and out of mental health hospitals to prove it at that time in my life and then after I graduated from high school I lived in my mothers basement for six years and then moved out to where I live presently on the tenant side of my fathers duplex and then in August 2019 after a number of years of back-and-forth with working part time jobs and living off Social Security disability and government health care benefits I decided to sacrifice all that and pursue full-time employment and I got my first full-time job in January 2020 and I’ve been there ever since and I have absolutely no regrets. At the present moment my goals in life are pretty simple and straightforward and those are I wish to live a happy, healthy, comfortable, and successful life I want to be as successful as I can get as well as be the best me possible while at the same time securing more and more independence for myself with each passing day and also I don’t wanna be rich I don’t wanna be poor I just want to live comfortably part of me hopes that those goals are valid and worthy according to your definition according to my definition though all those goals that I just laid out are definitely worthy and admirable but I just want your take on it.
To me, it's being the best version of you to other people
Teddy is a man of culture for using Forte, my mates use Forte and it works really well for them

Im bald so I need to take care of the skin on my head, and I would like to take better care of the skin on my face/cheeks. What do you recommend?
I'm doing krav maga to be in shape and the + I can show/know I can protect myself in physical danger. Went to the barber today = short. And let my heard grow all week to see if it fits me, and seeing if I can afford better clothes with it.
True about working out. Throughout middle and high school and beginning of college I use to be overweight. Started working out so fit and lean now. I get attention from women now but I’m not into women.
As a former stylist/outfitter for young men, I’d say never let a gal steer the wheel. Only allow a man to cut/groom your hair. A woman will make you look like a kid getting dropped off to soccer practice. Clothes? Boots are for kicking, sneaks are for running, you’ve your own favorite colors but you’ve got to test all combinations in the mirror. The best answer will always be obvious, natural and comfortable. Take a cheap chance at the thrift store. Once a combo feels right, own it and keep your chin up
The number one right out the gate is working out. It’s worth it! Trust me, after corona I was 255 essentially all fat. Now I’m 265, with 200lbs of muscle. And I’m still cutting…but trust it. It’s therapeutic! And it works. Remember: Chest day is always the best day
Good for you 🙌🏼 thanks for sharing this!

Tip number 10: Be fun to talk to. Be funny. Sociable. Complimentary. Pay attention. Be honest and open. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a guy who isn't especially attractive physically, but who has a very attractive girlfriend because he's really funny or charismatic. And also, status is attractive. It's less important when you're young and women aren't necessarily looking for a husband, but as you get a little older, what kind of job you have becomes an important factor. And it's not about how much money you have (though that's a good indicator) it's about your ability to create value. To create opportunity. To be successful in any situation.
