Even through video I can just smell the water
Ummmmm
It's bromine treated water. I've seen candles based off of the ride but I've never smelled them so idk how close they get
@@OmnipotentEnt bromine isn’t able to treat water as the water dissolves it. Bromine is odorless also unless in high concentrations and isn’t legal for large scale usage unless permitted for industrial use in a well ventilated area, especially in the asinine state of California.
What do you think water does to chlorine? Water is the universal solvent, plenty of chemicals dissolve in it. It's not an opinion that bromine is used in the water for this ride. @@Kpoole35
Right , if u know u know , it's a musty like not bad but old 🤣😩😊
single handedly the greatest ride of all time
Pretty much
Fun fact: John Lennon admitted he loved this ride on his mid 70s Disneyland visit
Agreed
As if haunted mansion died
Don't bring politics to the table
I'm 54, been to Disneyland more than 1000x in my life and this has been and will always be my favorite ride. Thank you!!!
You sure beat me, been about 500 for me. I’m 47
Excellent adventure 👏🤟🇺🇲🏴☠️
I went there a couple days ago and this is my favorite ride
It’s pirates’ 57th birthday today so this video seems fitting to watch
This is gorgeous!!! The light is perfect! My favorite ride ♥️🏴☠️
Love Disneylands Pirates! I think it’s so much cooler. Thanks for this awesome job! What camera did you use to shoot it? 🎉🎉🎉
Be there March 29th ❤ #DisneyDiva ❤
Her till wesday
One of my favorite rides at Disneyland!
Fun fact: The singing dog At 11:07 is replaced by a different dog breed in the Magic Kingdom Version of this ride. This version of the dog looks like an elderly Cocker Spaniel, however, in the Magic Kingdom version, that dog looks more like a Golden Retriever Puppy. Look it up!!
Wow! No crowds how did you manage that?
I found out that above the two tunnels twixt the main and show buildings were a few utility kitchen hallways for the basement kitchens. And above the said hallways is the railroad track for the D-land railroad, located in the tunnel
I can still remember going with my Girl Scout troop many years ago. In those days the line was a series of switchbacks on the eastern side of the building. I haven’t seen that area used since. Especially not since they created the wonderful crowd controlling crossover bridge that was so very needed. A godsend.
YOU HAD A TRIP TO DISNEY CALIFORNIA WITH A SCOUT TROOP?! LUCKYY
@@Sammyy42 yes, very. I don’t know how the troop leader even ever managed it or us, really. Long ago, but not far away.
@@chrishintz1077 I want to go to Disney California Adventure and Disneyland so badly :(
How is there on weekdays? Are there a lot of people?
Hi mspeyton..maybe it could be a tiny bit intimidating..cause it's dark and the 2 small falls..try getting them one time to see if they like it 👍..good luck ❤
Sea of thieves nailed the feel of this ride
I've only been on this one and not the other one
Can anyone give an opinion if kids ages 2-4 would enjoy this ride?? Trying to prioritize for our upcoming first visit!
Not sure if you already went, but my 2 year old loves the ride even the drops!
Our pirates of the Caribbean is much better because we have two different drops
WE WANTS THE REDHEAD!
🤍💙🤍💙
This was likely impressive in the 1960's, but in the 2020's this is silly. Don't get me wrong, there is some nostalgia at play here, but expecting people to pay money and wait in line for this kind of nonsense is a bit much.
😂😆
Even though I maybe be biased since I've been on this ride multiple times growing up but I think even after taking off the rose-tinted nostalgia glasses and seeing all the changes made to it it's still an impressive ride that's a very well themed and atmospheric way to spend 17 minutes. :)
Nonsense is a bit much…
