In Zack Snyder's Justice League, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions.     • Honestly, I'm not trying to be insensitive when I say this b/c I don't know them personally at all, but I know Autumn is looking down proud of the hype and proud of the work Zack has put in. Calling it a passion project seems almost too vague, this is Zack's personal statement and full love, energy, and mindset devoted into making this possible. It just means so much and I cannot wait to be a part of this with every single one of you. "A person is only gone...when they are forgotten" Autumn will never be forgotten. RIP to her gracious soul.

  • Never has a 4-hour film been so EPIC in it's scope. Zach Snyder gives a masterclass on "pacing." The film is beautiful and engaging. You will laugh. You will cry. You will stand up and cheer. I've seen this more than 5 times and it never gets old or redundant. IMHO, it's a superhero masterpiece. Zach Snyder's DCEU was a collosal achievement but stymied in the end by the execs at WB. If ever a studio "shot themselves in the foot" it was with this movie. Don't even bother watching the garbage that WB/Whedon released back in 2017. Snyder's vision for DCEU was a total contrast to Marvel's Avengers Universe. Superhero genre fans deserve both Marvel's Avenger Universe and Snyder's DCEU. I've never been a Superman fan but rather a Batman aficionado. With that said, Snyder's darker version of The Man of Steel was brilliant. The casting of Ben Affleck as The Dark Knight was one of his best decisions and will go down as one of the best iterations of Batman. I wish Netflix would give Snyder an opportunity to finish his story. While I'm excited for what James Gunn may bring to the new DCU, he will never be able to replicate the story, emotions, and casting that was Snyder's DCEU.

  • One thing made this film a cut above many MCU films and previous Snyder superhero film: a sense of grandeur, consequence, and mythology. The way heroes battle here is brutal, majestic, and otherworldly just like stories from greek and roman mythology. I think it's a breakthrough in style for superhero films moving forward. This isn't a cinematic universe with metahumans engaged in pop culture quips every five minutes. These are literal GODS, capable of fighting with the Earth shaking beneath them and bending time to their whim. Unfortunately, DC is so confused about the feel of the universe as The Flash just felt like it was trying to rip the multiverse concept of MCU and comedic tones too. If the DCEU continues with the tone set by ZS Justice League, I think it will be awesome, a grand majestic syphony of gods battling gods.

  • This movie mad me so sad. The Dc we never saw. I saw the potential,not only that Zack had a 10yr plan off jump with around 30movies mapped out including Justice League 3 and “Green Lantern Corps Darkest Night” w/rise of Black Lanterns. I remember anticipating the build up especially when Dc said nearly every movie was goin feature another Iconic in stories will build just like we saw marvel did. I would of loved to see “Darkest Night” on Movie screen and Brainiac,Red Lanterns,Black AdamVs Superman Fight, Justice League Vs Legion of Doom, Legion Movie I fell robbed of so much. This Zack Snyder Cut is Good,make me happy I love l. It’s a memory to the potential, but also makes me sad when I think of how much we didn’t get 😢 My baby Zatana and Raven, ok let me stop

  • I love how in the beginning, people were complaining about how dark and serious MOS and BVS were, wanting DC to be more like Marvel in being bright, colorful and fun. Then Justice League 2017 comes out, being changed by the executives into becoming exactly what the people had wanted and everybody hated that. Then the same people came back around and said, “hey, can we go back to being dark and serious? You were kinda better that way.”
