  • Like other people said, I think the script lacks depth and personality. Personally, I think that in order to get the most out of Lana's music and to really submerge ourselves in her art, we shouldn't be looking for critiques of societal norms or societal narratives (except for the Lust for Life era maybe). Like Lana has already said in multiple interviews, her music isn't supposed to be a mirror of anything other than her own life, her own experiences. I think it's enough to delve into her world, without expecting to spot any messages or metaphors or any thought-provoking themes. Her incredible storytelling does that for you, if you let it, it carries you gently into her world, where nothing is right nor wrong. It's the only thing that's really hers. We are so lucky to be able to have a look inside, even through the small peephole that is her music.

Also you can talk about her family relations, death, mental health problems, wanting a child and these reflecting to her songs. Especially in her last album she mentioned these topics very well (fingertips, kintsugi, the grants etc.). Overall I would really like you to talk about her deepers thoughts about herself, the society and media as well. Plus how underrated she is and why could it be like that. • I know technically is somewhat not related to the video since this is a LDR video but I love her Lizzy Grant/Lana Del Ray phase. Lizzy Grant is a more raw, emotional, perfectly imperfect, relatable Lana Del Rey. Probably (maybe idk) LDR doesn't like her Lizzy Grant phase that much musically speaking but without Lizzy there wouldn't be a Lana, probably. Back to LDR, I love she just sings what she wants, any story she wants to tell. Why can men sing about toxic relationships, even loving an abusive, toxic woman but women cannot sing about that? Why can't women sing about being "problematic"/being in a toxic relationships that you know it's bad you are addicted to? Why do women in music have to be either happy, strong, independent woman or a woman that makes no mistakes when it comes to men and just runs away when there's a red flag? Not saying toxic relationships or making bad decisions is good, I just love she just sings about then unapologetically, like "I am a storyteller, this is my story". PS: Yeah I won't finish this video wtf is this AI content ._.

  • A very good comment about Lana del Rey's Art. She is really an artist (!) and not only a common pop singer. In her opinion the USA are delusional and also decadent and this feeling is present in almost all her songs. She refuses postmodern pop trash music, remembering us how good and harmonic the sound of the past was.. Drugs and booze seem to be the only "values" of this sad and utterly materialistic times.
