  • The man was a standout on my fantasy team. Totally outplayed his projection. Glad for Weegar!

  • First defenseman in NHL history to score 20 goals and get 200 blocks in a single season 🔥

  • Congrats Weegs he's a very hard worker, we'll see if it was a fluke season or not. I remember Jason Garrison potting 16 goals in his last year in Florida, never exceeded or even came close to repeating it, but seems like Calgary d-men's offense seem to flourish like Zadorov

  • Id argue this is the equivalent of ~45 goals for a forward.

    • Last season 2 defensemen got 20 goals. 5 forwards got 50 goals. This season 4 defensemen got 20 goals, and 4 forwards got 50 goals. I think it's much more comparable with a forward's 50 goals than 45 goals.

    • I see in it a way to save the franchise. But at the same time the market is not great there. And draft might be rigged. For hawks imo(fck Bettman). Otherwise a nice rebuilding Canadian team could it to bolster their roster and their future as well. Much needed for a fanbase like thay
