    • How about that!!! Where was her common sense??? The police officers were wayyy outnumbered by the rioters and fighting for their lives in hand-to-hand combat, yet she says no police officer told her she had to leave or she would be arrested. She should have known that breaking into the U.S. Capitol using an ice axe during a riot was against the law & would have consequences. Plus, it's now 3 years later and she still has no remorse for her actions & is still very supportive of Trump...AND expecting him to be her savior to pardon her out of prison. It's pathetic that her heart & allegiance is with Trump, but it's her CHOICE & now comes the consequences.

    • "No officer told me to leave..." Did you not wonder why all the barriers had been placed around The Whitehouse and the police were trying to block all the entry points and using giant pepper sprays and batons to drive back all you MAGA morons ? Were the police singing in a chorus line "If we knew you were comin' we'd have baked a cake" ? Oh wait a minute, they were trying to uphold the law, protect the House and the constitution, oh yeah and at times they were fighting for their lives, that kind of hints, to me at least, that you did not have a gilt edged invitation in your pocket.

She might have thought that there wouldn't be any consequences for doing what she wanted, but that doesn't change the fact that she sought out this path, she sought out all the conspiracy theory over all the many, many possible other sources of information, and she picked the way she reacted to the conspiracy theories herself.

Anderson (the Colorado ballot case), the SCOTUS ruled that Colorado did not have the power to leave him off the ballot. They did not rule on whether he engaged in insurrection or rebellion b/c that was immaterial to the decision. The only thing the majority decided on was that a state does not have the authority to disqualify federal officers under the 14th amendment, only congress does. If you mean this lady’s case… she obviously didn’t win bc she’s been convicted on 9 charges. If you mean trumps criminal case charges for election interference, that case has not been tried yet. So no this lady cannot sue. She was convicted of 9 criminal charges… all of which there is video evidence of.

    • Absolutely! 10 years would be more suitable to have her enough time to learn the lesson. Maybe ten years would also be enough to wise up a little bit, because her intellectual and evaluation skills are disastrous. I know it's not just the lack of education it's also being naive and gullible. And the grand operation of the orange nobody to induce deep psychological illness in the victims. These people just can't imagine that there exists an entity that lies every minute in his waking hours. They couldn't identify EVEN ONE LIE from the hundreds of thousands, even if their life depended on it. They somehow haven't heard about how propaganda machine works. Imagine going to prison for the biggest criminal in human history. "But his orange face is so beautiful and his nauseating voice is so comforting! He always tells the truth, and he is the victim of the greatest witch hunt in history by his evil enemies. Everybody is after him, but he is fighting for us! He is the present incarnation of Jesus Christ! " The pathology is extremely deep. I suspect hundreds of books will be written about the phenomenon.

  • The sad part about this story is not the fact that her children who are clearly grown, will have to watch their mother go to jail for five years. It’s actually the fact that the American prison system is designed to spend peoples time, rehabilitating them to go back into society as better citizens. A time for them to reflect and learn about their crimes and why they were wrong. But see this woman has no intention, nor does she even care about that fact she’s already going into a firm belief that she’s going to get pardoned by a criminal… She doesn’t actually care what the law says. She wants people to feel bad for her because as a board housewife, she decided to get caught up in conspiracy theories, and all it did was brought her to where she is now. Do not feel bad for these types of people because these are also the same type of people that are so desperate to redefine law and order in this country to the point that they believe that a person who has 91 criminal indictments is completely innocent and that they are some kind of special target
