Just some context for people who didn’t understand, Taehyung took KTX to a place outside of Seoul and he wanted to perform live for 20sec for each team. He will charge 1,000won (~USD$1). When Mr Bear went outside to get people, he kept saying 브이(beu-i). When they asked “is it BTS V?” he said it’s “not 뷔(V) but 브이(beu-i)”. Those who came really got the experience of their lifetime! And every person who actually saw him recognised him!! What a concept!!
Nobody can think of such a thing except our Taetae 🐻 he's such a sweet, creative, quirky mind. 💜 him a lot!

The coffee bean shape bread (more like a cake) was delicious. The stall has now “we love bts” sign and his picture there in a poster. It’s an army must visit place now. The way V wearing the mask and asking people go with him to an unknown place is a bit 😅. He has good intention but people don’t know that from a stranger. It does feel like a beginning of a thriller story 😂
Taehyung's voice singing live is the best thing I've ever heard in my life (fact)if there’s a main takeaway from these Layover performances it should be realizing just how much Taehyung loves music and singing live

I have the feeling they filmed this before the release of Taehyung's album that's why people were so unsuspecting even when they saw the posters on the wall. Layover came out practically with zero promotion.

This was a super fun reaction thank you. I think it’s so sweet that Tae wants to approach ARMY’s as human to human and actually see them and would be more comfortable in cosy settings, despite him belonging and suiting the worlds biggest stages. He is very genuinely curious about us. From watching Army KZhead and Army v-logs, to always communicating sincerely with us on weverse, and always knowing what’s going on on ARMY social media. He’s so very warm and endearing. Also I would have passed out from Tae’s beauty and prettiness. It’s so cute that he earned £6.70 in total and his goal was to buy coffee bread. Which is the speciality in Gangneung. (Gangneung is about 2.5 hours away from Seoul by car/bus or an hour and a half each way on the KTX (high speed train)) It’s so sweet that Tae travelled so far because he wanted to reach ARMY’s/the public in places they don’t normally visit. Also if he wasn’t going to charge it would be even harder to convince people that it’s actually a rookie singer etc… they would be suspicious why it’s free keke. Thanks again for this reaction. I think if V had suggested this idea to BTS, they would laugh and dissuade him for the same reasons you mentioned. The low percentage of people who would trust a costumed dude and follow him to a secluded location within a building. But Tae is just a prankster and loves doing this😅 type of things. He likes making memories and this was a memorable promo.
😂 I would NOT have gone. However, V is my bias, and I would recognize his voice in a split second and gone with him 😅 V is so creative, and basically a fun person to be around since he comes up with so many fun activities to share with his fans. It's a shame Western artists don't do fun things like this or come up with ways to interact with their fans. At least, none that I'm aware of. Anyway, this was so fun to watch 💜 #borahae

I think that's why it was so hard to get guest in the first place cause just like other civilians I definitely wouldn't go especially if I can't see your face it just gives off stranger danger vibes on another note I can understand why the first group of girl students couldn't believe it was him since it was so random and he went to a remote spot to perform for 20 seconds also seeing posters like the LayoVer V poster is not uncommon in Korea especially since so many fans hold events and covers for Korean artists so I can see why they never jumped in conclusion to think the Kim Taehyung would be serenading them for 20 seconds.
