Do i need the app open in the background while i play or can it be closed and just leave it installed?
The only time Fortnite will allow any CPU affinity masks is under Battleye, usually after a fresh install. Once Easy Anti Cheat kicks in, it will revert any of those settings back, and it will lock them there, giving you an "access denied" prompt. Do you have any work around for this? As my game runs horribly with EAC, but butter smooth with Battleye. Only the CPU priority can be perma-set in regedit, but not the affinity. I would appreciate if ucan make a video for this fix : )
@KutoobeAhmed do u know why my game loads from battle eye one day then not the next and get access denied? Normal task manager

I too have this issue
How do I NOT get EAC and instead launch with Battleye?
@@ChickenIsFried the only time it launches with Battleye is after a complete fresh install of Fortnite, and it will only do it for the initial 2-3 sessions. After which EAC starts launching the game, which kills my FPS, and gives me 10 second long stutters every few minutes. Even core affinity programs can't override EAC for me. It sucks, i'm sure you already know, since you're asking.
@@br0knheart I got a cpu bottleneck so my game struggles to hit my refresh rate. At this point I'm thinking of getting a new CPU.

so. in the past video, launch settings video. u used the command "-USEALLAVAILABLECORES". after u done in this video. u cap the Fortnite game only use the P core. my question : does the command settings still needed?. thx
yes to make sure all the cores that you are assigning to the game are being all used

Game's now are optimized to use Pcore's so disabling Ecore's isn't worth your time and hyper threading isn't worth turning off unless you're having temp issue's. If you really want a faster system disable service's or use a custom os it's way easier I've been on atlas os "10" for months and can confirm it's way snappier

only thing bad about atlas i've been hearing is that it doesn't have windows defender so you're more prone to getting hacked or getting a virus.

Yeah but sadly can't use realtime with reg edit and for some reason for me it doesn't work even with reg edit on high (aka 3)
