    • Hey umm sorry for slow reply and you might already have gotten the answer but in the epic games launcher u can manage the installed files such as "Save the world" "other languages like japanese or smth" there is an option that i belive is like "high quality graphics/shaders" or smth like that is is around 16gt and it should enable DX12, from my experience it did so go try it!

    • To only stretch fortnite's resolution, just change the resolution within the config/gameusersettings

    • its because ur on fullscreen and your desktop resolution doesn't match the one you set in fortnite.

    • First of all 40 FPS almost doesn't make a difference, but if ur monitor has overclocking options try them or if ur using hdmi try using display port

  • is it weird that stretched res barely makes my fps go up and i get the same fps regardless, and it does the opposite and makes me play worse? Only happens in fortnite and i was a hardcore cs player before fortnite came out and always play 4:3 stretched and got huge frame boosts and advantages which doesnt apply to fortnite. Is it my pc or sum?

    • its because your grpahics card isnt being used a 100 percent if it would have been used 100 percent it would give you 100 percent of the power that you GPU has to offer but if the game is too easy to run the gpu wont be running a 100 percent
