In this episode, I use the Western Star 47X, 49X, and 57X models to complete various bridge-building contracts on Drummond Island, culminating in the completion of the Harbor Delivery contract.

I recorded this episode before the most recent SnowRunner update that enabled AWD on the Wolf Pack trucks, so you're seeing the 47X and 57X with RWD and all-terrain tires. The 49X is RWD as well.

How are you supposed to do Drummond Island when the only fuel source is two freaking maps back!? This is seriously way to freaking hard! So if you just run out you have to recover your truck two whole freaking maps back!? Are you serious!?!? Also how do you have those trucks when you're on at Drummond?
I wish I could post a screenshot here! There is a fuel station in the SE corner of the Drummond Island map, which is an OK location. That fuel station also has a big fuel trailer (low saddle) there that you can tow to a more convenient spot. Almost smack dab in the middle of the map is a service trailer, so between those two, I'm usually able to avoid recovering back to the garage. I brought some of the trucks in via the Island Lake tunnel (mostly the trucks I used for the Island lake stuff). The other trucks I brought in through the Smithville Damn tunnel (which is nice because there is a trailer store in Smithville Dam near that tunnel that I use to refuel and repair). @@smythadjacent thanks man.. I also just found out about the money mod for ps5.. I kinda cheated.. But I still have to grind to rank up in order to drive those vehicles.. Thanks a lot for the help tho man.. Not many people out there with your kindness! I almost break my controller over and over with this game.. Did two of them.. The driving is so lonnnnnng sometimes.. Way to freaking long to flip your load and have to drive through 2 freaking maps just to get back there.. They could have seriously at leassssssst put a garage in every map at least that.. 😫
@@goldenglove8513 If the grind is getting you down, consider changing to the Taymyr map and buying the Azov 64131 from the garage. It comes stock with all-terrain tires, always on AWD, and always on diff-lock. It's slow, but it will absolute do just about any contract in the game.
@@smythadjacent but I'm only rank 13 though.. Will that matter still?
@@goldenglove8513 Probably not at rank 13, you've got access to good tires at this point. The 64131 is nice because it has no rank requirement, so you can get it really early. Might still be worth a trip to Taymr though; the Tayga 6436 is another always-on AWD/diff-lock truck, and mud tires for it unlock at rank 13.
