SPOILERS!
The Eternals mid-credits scene brought an incredibly surprising reveal--Harry Styles as the Eternal Starfox: AKA The Brother of THANOS. We explain what exactly this means, their relations hip in the comics, and whether or not Thanos could be an Eternal. Also, Patton Oswalt's character Pip the Troll, who we hope goes on to team up with Adam Warlock in future MCU movies.

But i've heard that in the comics eternals died and then were brought back somehow so.. Makkari is easily the best live action speedster. Her fight scene against Ikaris was PERFECT Ikaris was also REALLY great. Also his fight scenes were so well made And ofc other characters were also so interesting and good but yeah 9,8-10/10 for me. Easily in my top 3 favourite marvel projects and also the runtime didn't bother me. I loved the whole 2,5h. Anyone closely familiar with Adam Warlock or Eros would have recognized Pip straight away. Now we have Drax, Gamora, and Pip!! I have no idea who Harry Styles is or One Direction (do not care) so I thought the casting for Eros was brilliant. He really fits well and the costume looks fantastic! It also gained the eternals memories, which basically means Thanos was once an eternal like Eros, but was absorbed by a deviant on Titan and Titan was then overrun by the deviants and is actually a deviant planet. This is also how Eros is Thanos brother still in the MCU So basically eternal Thanos became deviant Thanos when the memories passed over.

  • 9:00 since the eternals don't die, procreation would in fact lead to insufficiency of resources. Especially if there were any other ordinary (mortal) life forms coexisting on Titan that needed to partake in some of that planet's food & other resources. If you don't die but do multiply then you eventual have to export people to other planets, or run out of space & resources.

Think about the music cue - “Feels like first time” was released in 1977 and Peter Quill is famous for his love of 70s music in the MCU I think the playing in a space scene just feels a little too close to GOTG for it not to be connected

  • Here’s my theory: Titan is a planet much like earth. It has a Celestial seed inside, a population of beings to grow to the point to bring on the emergence, a set of Deviants trying to destroy them, and a set of Eternals to protect them. Alars is the prime Eternal. Thanos and Eros are among his “family”. I think the MCU is going for a looser meaning of father/brothers with regards to Eternals. But just as the Deviants on earth evolved and absorbed the powers of Eternals, I think that’s where they’re going to explain Thanos. We see Kro nearly evolve completely into an equal. He even seems to be channeling the sentience of Gilgamesh. So I think Thanos is the final evolution of that Deviant process of consuming all the Eternals on Titan except Eros, who escapes with the orb. Kro becomes aware that the Celestials are killing them with every emergence despite being their creation, so would it be a stretch to say Thanos would seek the same?
