Im digging the dedication to reviving that old work horse. Wish i had the time and knowledge to restore some myself.
Yes..dude always the tools that are work.. and self ability and finence..then you can do what ever u want.
OMG! How have these men managed to get this far in life?
Flat landers haha
Animals! ok the truck was junk but bypass the brake valvole wasnt hard

Lol at the end that ole girl was like ugh fine I’ll go just take care of me! Hope to see her shined up and rollin like a beast in the future!
👍
Ooohhhhh.... i love you Kenworth W900😘😘
I'm retired truck driver for 35 years and my last truck was a wl900 it was magnificent
Wow
That old KW has seen better days 😆 🤣 😂
True
My friend, this happens when he idle for a long time...i heated the brake pan with a blowtorch, then the tarpaulins come longe...this happened tô me here in Brazil ...good lock...strong hug.
I love how he is fighting. I hope he get an good future, he deserve it. Regards from Germany.
Wow so glad I got to watch this. Reminds me of my childhood.
Love the American Kenworth ever since the time when the Programme - " Movin -On " was on our screens , Years later I became a truck driver here in the UK . - Thanks to "Sonny Pruit " LOL !
Love them older trucks. She fought you guys all the way to the end. I got a pretty good chuckle when the drums finally broke free while chaining it down.

SALAM DARI INDONESIA 🇮🇩
Man that was awesome, that KW fought you boys all the way to the trailer, i was surprised st that little Cat skid steer , that thing sure got lots of capacity for its size, maybe someone you know amongst the group of y'all is in the tire business can help ya out, in the videos and i don't mean given ya new tires just maybe some old retreads or take offs you could use to move these old beauties around to load them onto a trailer , all their gonna do with those old tires anyway is scrap them so if 1 or 2 holds air good enough to get them mobile enough to load them on the trailer , so anybody who owns a tire business that know these good ol boys in the video come on help them out, its good for your soul and will be good for your business in the long run 👍
So much for that clutch
6:17 the truck is dancing 😍😍😍😍
Man, that was one stubborn truck! Reminded me of a dog being told it's going to the vet. 😄😄
😁
I think it's awesome how you going to find these rigs and fix them up and bring them back to life
Thanks. We appreciate you watching
楽しいね、動かない物動かした時の感動お爺さんたち、嬉しそう!いい動画です
15:39 should've done that in the 1st place!!! We used to work landings all the time that you had to drag/shove the rear end of your log trailer 90⁰ to get it to the loader. I don't know if the skidder in the background is the same one y'all just worked on but it would've made things a lot easier!!!
I’ve seen Diffs get sheared like this, braver than me. 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
Nice teamwork, that Silverado worked like a champ!
Love those old W900's with the round headlights, even like the patina on this one, great find!
Same here!
What year model is this one
I like, good afternoon from Brazil, Awesome Kenworth w900
Luv to watch truk @ prime mover mechanic doing the job... they are full commitment in doing the job...!
I love kenworth great job getting started and getting on the flat bed. Be safe keep up the hard work 🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜
Yes sir
it's got bud wheels.. single out the rear axle and BINGO ya got two good tires for the steer axle..
That old International pulling the equipment trailer is pretty nice it’s self 👍
Which year was it?
@@aeknikh I believe it’s an 85
@@aeknikh the model is an S2275
@@dieselwrench3621 thank you for the info!!

This is the kind of stuff I love to watch man I really do
That kenworth wasn't wanting to leave. It was going to put up a fight lol. Hope to see an update on it later.

No internet on vacation, was missing you ! 🤣✌🏼🇨🇦
Welcome back
Excellent video Hank
Thank you kindly
One of my favourite rescue!

Should have put one of the back wheels on front to steer it
That's what I was thinking. Why not move two of rear tires to front, that would be much easier. Just saying...
Never stop rule😁anywhere you are doing a great job guys (from Kenya)
That was a real adventure Hank. Enjoyed this video!
Lol sure was!
Hello from Minnesota! Glad you got it moving.
@@jennifersmith842 it's all good other than we could use some rain up here in MN.
Excellent video Hank :) and crew
Thanks
Good ol algorithms introduced us today. I was very impressed with the fuel pour from a 5gal bucket with lid, accuracy defined….
Thanks for watching!
Hank I'm looking for an old kw or pete conventional. To get going. Have engine and transmission. Want something to wind down a little and spend time with grand kids with their help to get one going and make a live from now and through my retirement years. Don't have retirement, going to have to work. I'm a 35 yr long driver/mechanic. Got any leads? And of course needs to be cheap. Love your videos
I’d try Facebook marketplace
The music make me start singing " Eastbound and Down loaded up and Trucking " and they cheated at the end using a winch to load it Hehe
Right on
Úú uhh í
Work smarter not harder
Wow. I never would have loaded it that way. Why not put a usable tire on the front and do it right? Jack up the rear and work the on the wheels until free? Oh well. At least you succeeded.....
Why not swap the front tires out with one of the duals? All the rear tires hold air
They did not bring any tools to remove the wheels. They've planned it to do the HAAAARD WAY!
Wow! That old KW was really stuck, I love to see these old trucks you find Hank. 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for watching buddy!
The old KW really is fighting them every inch of the way!!!!
s
A little time and effort freeing up the brakes would have saved the clutch and u joints
..⁰
Aí o sistema é bruto 🇧🇷👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Haha that truck was like.... JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!! Poor thing. .😂
Spin a main, trying to piss ant that truck out. I was laughing along with the guy recording.
Hey guys love the video, quick question how are you jumping the starter. I recently picked up 3 359's a 77, 79 and a 81. The 77 is doing the same thing you're 900 is doing. I also dealt with the same wasp problem you guys did. The 77 and 79 had been sitting since 1995. Thanks and old school trucks are the only way.
Uf6😊
Like the will it start videos keep them up take man man !!!
buen arreglo lijadas pinturas y adios los problemas
Everyboby gangsta till it transforms
I love seeing stuff like this, bringing old things back to life
Or kill IT
L love yes
Still nice to see the old gal getting saved from its grave I dig the old school Kenworths especially the k100 cabovers
6:00 imagine if you were making a maximum overdrive 2 , this would be a perfect short scene, just imagine an old man at a farm hearing the diesel engine off in the distance then rushing out to his back feild with a shotgun thinking someone got that junk truck running an their trying to steal it, he finds out that its trying to move by itself, gets freaked out an runs back home ...The truck looks very eerie with the doors flyin open an frame twisting barely able to move back and forth trying to break itself free
excelente, quiero verla como quedo reparada.
Hank why not swap one of the rear tires for the front it would roll better.
take the time to put 1 tire that will hold air on and you would not have half the headache looks like the drive train is toast at the end with the back wheels locked unless your not in neutral
Wow,that baby is ready to go,and it sounds good
Great work and thanks for sharing this with us take care
Thanks buddy!
@@HamiltonvilleFarm You’re welcome bud
I would have used a couple of tires from the inner drive axle for steers, and used that new looking red tractor to push or pull from the rear of the kw instead of the skid steer. It would have had better torque and tracton with its gears and meaty tires than the skid with smooth rubber tracks.
Over at fsc speed shop he’s just got a 12v71 and he’s looking for a good project to put it in like this or a split hood
Awesome video guys! I definitely enjoy your videos! Glad you got the old W900A hauled off!
1:29 wow, what a skill!
It hurt me to watch this. How many tires are on a tractor????? Take one of the duals off the back and put it on the front cage the embraces and then back off all the slack adjusters.
Thats not so easy
Hamilton saludos desde Nicaragua 🖒🖒🖒
My husband had a KW Green 13Speed Road Ranger 450 Cummins.
Great show I love running old trucks
Thanks!
Why don't just remove a tire from the tandem axle and put it in front? That would made the job easier and less stressful for the engine and clutch .
my thoughts too

Lol
@@HamiltonvilleFarm agreed
But it looks like fun doin it……….
About the the only way you can. Nothing ever goes easy
Yup done soon that
Oil anything n everything!! that was a rough pickup fellas
Wouldn't it be a lot quicker to pull a couple of the outside duals and put them on the front?
That makes too much sense!
100% agree
That was my thoughts.I did it the other day.
Thank you
งง
Good job fellas
Very good job and God bless
At least really cool to see it driving
I have a old shedder on my place. When they cut the timber It was left. Was to be repoed but now have letter from financial company for me to have remover I am over in west central Mississippi if you would like to look at.
This track has a week frame. I drive sometimes old truck in Norway, but there are solid compare this one
Brake still engaged cause air pressure is low.
Wis pokoke mantap banget
Good job guys keep up the good work
Thanks
You must have had fun taking those brakes apart🤣😂👍 Hard to tell if it would've been the "red" wrench or just black powder.🤣😂
Has to be the funniest one you guys made.
Your help I'm currently in heavy equipment school and I'm having problems with the backhoe I'm trying to figure out which is forwards and backwards on a John Deere 410 j can you help me
Clearly , Something block inside the Crosshaft transmission (the principal rear wheel ...) Problem with rear transmission.?.yes also... the tire of the right side front... is dead 😢better block each wheel After the chargement on the long Truck 😔thank you for that 👍strong adventure....😮// How much cost one Truck as like this old one ?
The truck fell in the sea
Never underestimate the power of a Chevy Truck. Great job guy's.
Full air before moving addjust brake chamber stock up spray w40 and then adjust
Love the content!! Keep it coming.
😁👍
Oh man that old girl didnt wanna be disturbed! Its one thing to "start" these machines but "will it move" is a whole other video series now! LOL
Lol. It was not the preferred way.. lol.. but it got done.
Mix some diesel and tranny fluid i usually do about 25% diesel the rest tranny fluid u can add some acetone but don't get wild with that in a hand pump or small pump pressure spray bottle and soak all brake parts including the linings as well as u can. Spray a few times through the day and over 24-48 hours those brake would free up. You can also shoot a bunch in the air lines to help valves break free
👍
Q maquina es
Awesome video and have a wonderful Saturday
You too!
i would say a foot valve was junk along with the rest of it lol maybe even a stuck rear end since its been sitting out forever
I have seen a few hard to break lose before but that thing was full on theft protected. Might of pulled a tire off the back for the right front and then it may of turned... no guarantees on anything except the motor is real tired. It had too tall a gears to make it pull through it all.
