    • This is why i often wish KZhead forever disabled comments. Whether its commenting on a throwback song/video or interviews like this yall can never praise someone without making those sarcastic snide remarks.     • Ari Elle she did come out as Gabi... she had a Single called Something to Prove in 2014 and it didnt do so well. She took a step back and then she released Jungle cover under her person soundcloud in like 2015 took it down. Then she released Volume 1 sometime in 2016 under the pseudoname H.E.R.

    • I mean it's really all just a marketing gimmick. A re-branding tool. A smart move though. She is an amazing artist. But yea that's all it is and the explanation works for it, but it's obviously the allure of the way she presents HERself now that's drawing people in and I'm sure her marketing team knew this act would turn heads. It's working though. I ain't mad. Just know it's all business at the end of the day. At least she's a dope artist though.

    • This is what she wanted to avoid. Labels. She just said she didn't want people to focus on details of her. She wants them to focus on the music. And btw there are many talented people of various ages. Adele released 19 for her age when she wrote her entire album. Just because you're young, it doesn't mean you can't be inspired and be talented.
